They create and share these massive block/ignore lists that people constantly add people who either don't engage in their lunacy or slightly offended them. And unless you actually take the time to parse through the people on it, you can end up axeing thousands of people at a time.

They are in strong denial that they are anything but completely normal and average people, if not even geniuses of virtue.
I wonder how many of them growing up in the last few years got their desire to do so stunted by the instant gratification of vibe coding. Being so pornsick you fry your dopaminergic system means they might not have the tolerance to pick up a craft, especially if there's something in front of them that can sorta-kinda approximate it. It's made much more funny by the fact that the more specific and robust your program becomes, the less an LLM can actually interact with it, so it leads to a lot of people that lean on a crutch that they can't even conceptualize living without.
For a lot of them it's a matter of economics. The walled garden of social media means that the most eyes are on a very small fraction of platforms, and any of them that have any kind of dream to become prolific or sell their art in any capacity feel it's only viable to do so on the one or two platforms everyone uses, or else they're consigned to complete irrelevance.

Makes me wonder where they're going to go now. Tumblr banned a bunch of porn and was why they all moved to Twitter. They left Twitter as it became "Nazi" website because it wasn't a hugbox for them anymore. I guess they can just go to 4chan, it's been pozzed to hell in back anyways. But they can't get any updoots, so no dopamine hits for being validated. I would say they are going to come to KF, but the scenario is so ludicrous that not even as a joke does it make sense. Also no porn lol. It's like when ever you remove porn, you get rid of the most insane people on your site. These people have some very specific and strange standards. Well when Tumblr banned porn besides Twitter they also fled to Newgrounds despite newgrounds being a dead site, so it's possible they would go back there.
