I know we've done speculation on Bob's health before, but does anyone still think he's not losing weight because he's getting healthier, but because his condition's getting worse? It's not like he's stopped drinking, obviously, and his features are looking as simultaneously bloated and gaunt as ever (seriously how is that possible). It would not surprise me if something went wrong in his body that caused him to shed pounds, though I am not a doctor and wouldn't have the foggiest what that might be, outside of something like a tapeworm. Then again, he did get norovirus recently, so he might not be eating at the most sanitary restaurants...

If he is making strides to improve his health, then that's something, but he still looks very unfortunate, at least a decade older than he actually is. He really got dealt a bad hand in the looks department, not helped by his excessive eating and drinking over the years.
