Let's say our city has eight neighborhoods. Four vote democrat, and four vote republican. Our democrat friends won and are now in charge of redrawing the voting districts.

Red is republican, blue is democrat

Now, democrats like democracy, which means the majority wins. The democrats need to ensure that the majority of voting districts vote for them, while a minority vote for their republican enemies rivals controlled opposition opponents.

So what if we had four democrat districts and one republican district? Impossible, you say? Behold:

Democracy, bitches!

With the map drawn like this, the democrats will consistently win four out of five districts, while republicans only win one. As you can see, this is so much easier than winning the hearts and minds of the people (and there's none of that "compromising" crap either.)

He’s predictable in that you can always tell what will piss him off and that he has tweeted and possibly ranted about it in a video.
