I had a speaker where I work show up and talked about negative thinking and how to identify and avoid them. He said to avoid GNATS, an acronym he created.

Big Joel may be a commie faggot asshole, but at least he had some sense of humor doing a death note joke and maybe explaining in a non confrontational way that maybe the climate of the 2020 election made people go on a frenzy, and generally most people are chill.
