Body Found in Wyoming Park ‘Consistent With the Description' of Gabby Petito - FBI confirmed - Brian Laundrie still missing, FBI searched his home

fuck, I didn't even consider I might have to hear Nancy Grace TAWT MAWMing it up over this shit.
People go missing and turn up dead all the time, If a single one of the fat autists on here went missing the local cops and FBI would smile and say "Sure, working on that for you" and do nothing. This has been shilled to beyond and back, makes one wonder why.

Nancy Grace was already on it Friday. Come Monday you get to see her ugly, bloated and alcoholic face every day.

Apparently FBI found the body based on another youtuber's video.

Holy shit. Literally killed her right there and dragged her body wearing flip flops off somewhere. Definitely a panic response considering he had a whole country of national parks that are impossible to find bodies in, and a huge stretch of unmonitored time to find a place to hide her body, but they managed to find it anyway. I'm guessing cadaver dogs got a scent in the area. He was probably horrified and didn't want to be near the body or driving it decomposing anywhere. More points towards this being a spontaneous act that he regretted probably immediately.

I think he drove back home to his parents hoping they would solve his problem for him. And in a way, they did, by covering for him when he fled.

Holy shit, that flipfop picture is so fucking haunting. The way they are just left there is so strange. I feel horrifically for the family; besides the obvious, they are going to have to deal with true crime autism for the rest of their life from the evidence that is going to come from this.

Where the fuck would Brian go? I've heard some mumblings that he could have fled the country but my money is on a traditional an-hero in the woods logan paul style. Maybe I'm just being optimistic though. Fuck this dude's family too, I hope they take a trip into a minecraft biome soon.

If anything, HER parents should be condemned. What in the world were they thinking?! "oh yes let me allow my daughter to go on her Bohemian dream life with this old man?"
Parents only have so much control over their children once they become adults.

INB4 "22 year olds are literally retarded children" or some dumb shit.

Nancy Grace is like the liberal true crime version of Alex Jones only with less conspiracies and gay frogs.

Still, I have to give her some credit for busting a guy after they found his supposedly missing son in his basement on national television.

That bitch is still around? Ugh.

Maybe this'll turn out to be a murder/suicide. They'll find his body in a few weeks, with a written confession. (Although granted, the return and meeting with the lawyer was strange.)

Wait what? Last I heard he had returned home and was refusing to cooperate and now they're searching for him as a missing person in the same park? At first glance it sounds like the parents are lying about where he is so he has time to run somewhere else, because they said he took his car but it was at their house. Maybe I'm retarded but I'm having some trouble following exactly what's going on here.

Yeah I remember this getting posted Saturday night and thinking it would probably really narrow down a search area. There was speculation that this was the last campground they were together at, but this was confirmation.

I posted this on the other thread, but I wonder what happened between when he left the camp area and returned. Where was he returning from when he hitched that ride? Why didn't he drive the van wherever he was going?

The actual facts of this case are probably going to make for a boring story.

Couple goes full retard for clout, get sick of each other, one kills the other, then runs away or an heroes.

Doesn't actually seem that interesting unless some real degenerate shit happened during or after the killing.

Whether or not her death was executed by Brian with intent to kill, was self defense, was him being a dipshit and leaving her to the elements because she had a harpy moment even though it'd threaten her life, etc, I still think he's a fucking coward and deserves to neck himself for the shit he's putting Gabby's family through because of him not coming clean. Even if he's a scared bastard who didn't mean whatever action or inaction that left Gabby dead, the fact he REFUSED to cooperate if that was the case, not even talking to anyone outside of him family that isn't the cops because he's afraid of going to prison for what happened that trip, just the fucking refusal to do the morally decent thing and instead fleeing damns him in my eyes. He's ruining multiple lives instead of getting out of whatever dysfunctional relationship he was in without a death count.
Werent there reports of a serial killer killing dykes around the area? I saw someone bring it up in the other thread

I see some people on reddit claiming this story only got so much coverage due to her being a cute white girl. Maybe there's some truth to this, but it's definitely not the main reason. It's not like she just went missing hiking in the woods and her boyfriend couldn't find her. Missing people stories always pick up traction when there's hope the person can be found. People spread the word hoping to help bring awareness. etc. Eventually the story will lose steam once the person is found (or never found).

This story though....The story had drama from the start, and continued to build up leading up to the body being found today. From Brian arriving in Florida without Gabby, not calling the police, then the police chief lashing out on live stream, the cops lying about knowing where Brian was, Brian and his family not helping at all, etc. Oh, not to mention the body cam footage with Gabby expressing fear that Brian was going to leave her stranded. Talk about foreshadowing.

On top of it all, you have various communities scrambling to work together to find anyone who may have seen Gabby and Brian. Trying to figure out where exactly Brian had been before he ran back to Florida. Everyday, more and more details came out that made this case interesting, such as a witness recalling picking up Brian and him acting strange, or the Florida couple who's dashcam footage found Gabby's van parked off the road and her flipflops in the dirt. Etc.

Point is, this case didn't blow up because Gabby is a cute white chick. It blew up because it started out absurd and continued to grow even more whack every time something new was discovered. The same thing happened with the Gannon Stauch case.
