1. I didn't say it was proof of anything, I was explaining why people are suspicious of Brian. That she attacked him, whatever the reason, is a fact, as is the fact the police found her to be the aggressor. The rest is supposition and conjecture. You could literally make up any number of reasons that put her in a good light and him in a bad one and vice versa. It's why intelligent people don't do such things and don't condemn people and their families based on feels and no substantial proof.
It's odd. Its proof of nothing without facts to put it in context.
His parents are under no legal obligation to this girl's parents whatsoever. Again, without facts this means absolutely nothing. They could have hated each other, their son may have instructed them not to talk to anyone, whatever. There is no proof they broke any laws at this point.
So they may have done something but again, there is no proof they did anything in particular but the hate is justified anyway? Ho-lee shit, get a fucking life.
Proof and evidence is the legal standard, not might have and could have. You zoomers need to grow up before losing your shit over true crime bs.
2. The parents can legally stay silent, that's true, but public opinion doesn't care about what's technically legal.
3. I'm not a zoomer and was just explaining to the person who asked why people are so upset over this case.
