Everyone, just use Occam's Razor approach to this. This was a young couple constantly posting on social media for clicks and attention. You all unearthed some pretty good ones a few pages back and as expected their relationship was all just a facade, like it is with most heavily publicized social media relationship lifestyles. You need only look at Idubbz and his now wife to see how fucked up they are, In this case, it resulted in one or both (TBD) of the parties being dead.

I don't have psychic powers like some of the tiktok followers claim to have but I have a theory.
Baldy and Gabriel were both too young and dumb, went on a trip to become internet famous while living on their parent's money, realized when they were alone together that they hated each other and were in a toxic relationship, still wanted that internet clout as a hippie #vanlife couple, multiple fights ended with him killing her, ran back to mommy and daddy, ran away again.

Now he likely killed himself and is gator food (they like to hold their rotting meat for awhile).

Wouldn't it be funny if, in the process of the manhunt for Brian Laundrie, this guy who happens to look a lot like him gets roped into this shit and they find out that he was also wandering through the woods in the early morning hours with a backpack because he was disposing of a corpse?

Optimistic of me, he's probably just a garden variety tweaker who was out there making up a batch of shake n' bake to go sell at the trailerhood. Good honest work.

Well apparently she had really bad OCD, not the Tiktok kind, the actual real kind, and this is something that actually gets worse over time if it's not treated properly, and even if treated properly it's only about management it's never gonna go away, so if they started dating in high school and they were still together like, 5 years later, that specific scenario of her mental illness getting worse and out of control (based on rumors she was off her meds etc) is definitely something that can be taken in account.

Do we know if he took one of the family cars when he went missing? He could be effectively living out of it while driving. The registration would only be good for a few years before it needed to be renewed. (Most just steal good plates off other cars at this point.)

Assuming he hasn't suicided, he kinda knows how to off grid for extended periods. Someone who knows what they are doing can effectively disappear in the Midwestern states. (Especially around all the big national parks and deserts in Nevada/Arizona.) Tons of open space. It's fully possible to survive if you know how to live off the land and/or get a minimum wage job that doesn't background check.

It could be a few years if his parents gave him a few thousand before hitting the road. Especially if he knows how to hobo out.
