Boneless or Bone-in?

Bone-in if I'm making them at home, either grilled or baked. I don't like to sauce my wings at home too hard, if at all. Stick to marinades and rubs, lightly sauce if needed. Since you can control the cook time and quality of wings that you bought, the sky is the limit.

Out at a restaurant though, boneless. Slather those sluts in sauce, they're nobody's baby. Chili garlic with blue cheese to dip, I'm all fucking set.

Idk boneless taste weird but that's just me. If you enjoy em then more power to you!
