Looks like it was from a different JPL convention and not the 2009 one he keeps saying.

It was also removed sometime in 2013.

Edit: I carbon dated the original page for 2009-09-21T19:37:00, however it was just one of the posters that was sent in, it didn't make the ones that would eventually posted at the show. This is like putting in a piece of art for a contest and claiming you won despite it never being chosen.

Seems NASA kept all of the posters up until June 2013 then scrubbed it. He never got the chance to have it at the convention as those that did were listed on the archive I linked yesterday.
