The spoken word is linked to the written word which is based on its alphabet which is phonetic, pictographic, and has a numerical order connected to the Bible30, Nature and science.
Would be nice if this was wordfiltered to "Drink more Ovomaltine" or something. It would be just as relevant to the thread but at least contain a message that someone might actually pick up on.

More scientists disagree with the universe being a quantum computer than those that do.
"The idea that our Universe is a giant cosmic computer pervades modern science. Now one physicist says this assumption is dangerously wrong." - https://www.technologyreview.com/s/508246/why-the-universe-is-not-a-computer-after-all/

So, using the link that you provided says in essence, all scientists believe everything is information except one guy - one guy believes different. You're such a 4,9,3,11.

The spoken word is linked to the written word

Only in that a spoken language typically has a written version, but neither is beholden to the other.

which is based on its alphabet

Not all languages have alphabets. Some have syllabaries and symbol sets. Also those alphabets, syllabaries, etc. arise as a result of a need to represent the spoken word in written form.

which is phonetic, pictographic,

The English alphabet is not wholly phonetic, and definitely not pictographic. Meanwhile, Kanji for example is pictographic but not remotely phonetic.

and has a numerical order connected to the Bible30, Nature and science.

Nope. you could utterly reorder the alphabet such that z came first, a came 17th, b was 5th, x was 10th, y was 20th, and u was 2nd, you could completely upend the alphabetical order and nothing relating to our communication would change. Some filing systems would need to be revised, but nothing about grammar, the meaning of words, interpersonal communication, that would not change.

Piddles, did you read anything beyond the first line of the article you're arguing about?

Richard, do you even understand what is written or are you dyslexic? Since you're dumber than a piece of toast

I should point out, a lot of the bases for the Universe being a computer came form Alan Turing's idea back in 1936, and a few scientists caught on to the idea over the years, however we keep finding evidence that is just not the case.

Piddles, did you read anything beyond the first line of the article you're arguing about?
I'm convinced Richard doesn't go past the title of the link at this point

Interesting that you basically just repeat what he says instead of disproving him. That's not what a scientist does, Brad. It's also not what a theologian does, or what a mathematician does, or what a teacher does.

It's what a toddler does.

Richard isn't one to read whole articles or science papers. They're beyond his ken. I on the other hand spend my free time constantly reading various subjects.

The only material he seems to be able to finish are:
  1. Insurance ads
  2. History Channel specials and,
  3. Thrift store books (debatable)

It's up for discussion if this is due to Brad's mental abilities or simply a short attention span. I mean, we all know History Channel is garbage, but it's possible that Brad might be able to study something more academic if he just had some Ritalin. Bear in mind, he was consistently struggling in school, and that was at a time when ADD wasn't looked for or treated.

This isn't to say that I think Brad is a genius with a learning disability. I'm merely stating that we may have ignored a very key impairment in his arsenal of autism.

Wrong. The spoken word and the written word are linked in a feedback way.

And once the language was first written down, there's now a feedback loop between the spoken word and the written word.

Wrong and admit that this is the first time you've thought about this, yet, now you're a guckinf expert!
Meanwhile, Kanji for example is pictographic but not remotely phonetic.
Well, of course, Kanji - everybody knows that. What a 4,9,3,11. Kanji!

Gematria is what guided the English(7,74) language to its modern 26-letter alphabet. It was done by Freemasons. You know that King James I of the United Kingdom - famous for his Authorized Version of the Bible - was a Grand Master Mason(47)?

I read that article from the guy from San Diego State back when it first came out.

S=19 (S is the Symbol/Sign/Shape for the Snake/Serpent that Slithers/Slides/Strikes and Sheds its Skin)
Adam=19=A1+D4+A1+M13

DNA=19
Eve=19 in Hebrew gematria

History Channel has gone the way of Discovery Channel.

I think Richard has a reading related learning disability. He can't comprehend what's written and if he manages to find something that fits in with his beliefs he'll stop there and not finish the rest having found something that "proves his point".

I read that article from the guy from San Diego State back when it first came out.
Richard you didn't even know those articles existed until posted here.

Wrong. The spoken word and the written word are linked in a feedback way.

Describe this "feedback", please.

Which languages don't have an alphabet?

Any language based on morphemes.

And once the language was first written down, there's now a feedback loop between the spoken word and the written word.
Again, describe this. How does this "loop" function, how does one affect the other?

Gematria is what guided the English(7,74) language to its modern 26-letter alphabet. It was done by Freemasons. You know that King James I of the United Kingdom - famous for his Authorized Version of the Bible - was a Grand Master Mason(47)?

You have zero evidence of this. You list meaningless coincidences, and ignore considerable historical counter-facts. You don't even do the bare minimum and define which "freemason" groups you refer to, or what you consider to be "modern" English. If you had any practice at doing historical research, you would realize both are extremely general terms which need to be contextualized to have any meaning at all.

You are so cute.

Wrong. The spoken word and the written word are linked in a feedback way.

What is "in a feedback way," piddles? Do you perhaps mean that both evolve independently of each other and then each accepts and incorporates changes, thus neither being beholden unto the other?

Which languages don't have an alphabet?

Chinese of all variants, Japanese, Ndyuka, Dong, Zhuang, Vietnamese, Olmec, Mayan, Dynasty Era Egyptian, pre-Aleph middle eastern languages, the lot. Plus the numerous languages that have never been written down until recently, or have never been written down, and thus have no alphabet of their own.

"No shit, Sherlock." - Watson

And once the language was first written down, there's now a feedback loop between the spoken word and the written word.

You're using the term feedback loop incorrectly. Once a language is written down, it can and indeed will evolve in different ways than the spoken word, and the two do not need to meet. There are some languages that survive only as written forms. In living languages, the spoken and the written will naturally cross contaminate.

Wrong and admit that this is the first time you've thought about this, yet, now you're a guckinf expert!

I'm not wrong, nor is this the first time I've thought about how non-phonetic the english alphabet is, and I am well read on how the current alpahabet transformed from a pictographic to a non- pictographic one. It hasn't been pictographic for thousands of years, piddles.

Well, of course, Kanji - everybody knows that. What a 4,9,3,11. Kanji!

So you don't know what Kanji is, then?

is what guided the English(7,74) language to its modern 26-letter alphabet. It was done by Freemasons. You know that King James I of the United Kingdom - famous for his Authorized Version of the Bible - was a Grand Master Mason(47)?

Gematria is numerological bullshit and has not remotely shaped the formation of language. I personally couldn't give a shit about what you think about James I and the freemasons, but I'm betting it's conspiracy theory woo, too.

I read that article from the guy from San Diego State back when it first came out.

So you say, and yet you're an inveterate liar.

S=19 (S is the Symbol/Sign/Shape for the Snake/Serpent that Slithers/Slides/Strikes and Sheds its Skin)

Oh, is that why only Eve equals 19 in your gematria cycle in a language the ancients would have used?
piddles, DNA stands for deoxyribonucleic acid. Do the gematria numerology on that.

You are so cute.

Chinese, Egyptian, Japanese as well as other oriental languages don't use an alphabet. Oriental based languages used what is referred to as syllable-based logographies while Egyptian hieroglyphs use consonant-based logographies. Logogram's are a written system where a symbol or picture is used for the full word. When it comes to a sound we call that phonograms and often don't have a meaning by themselves. Richard would know this if he knew anything about history or languages outside English.

@LoverofPiss,

I personally couldn't give a shit about what you think about anything. You're a compulsive/pathological liar. You've FAILED as a human, but should make a good hippo.

I don't believe you. I don't believe you don't give a shit. I don't believe you're Jesus. I think you're projecting when you call me a pathological liar. I also think you're projecting when you try and insult me by calling me loverofpiss, as you're revealing your own urological and scatological fixations. I know you're a felon, a liar, a schizophrenic, a middling musician and a poor thinker. That's the honest truth.
BTW, I have a good job, supportive family, a loving girlfriend, a nice home, two cats that adore me. I'm doing great as a human. Like I said, my luck is only going up since you gave me a curse-ye-hameha.
