Nope. you could utterly reorder the alphabet such that z came first, a came 17th, b was 5th, x was 10th, y was 20th, and u was 2nd, you could completely upend the alphabetical order and nothing relating to our communication would change. Some filing systems would need to be revised, but nothing about grammar, the meaning of words, interpersonal communication, that would not change.

I should point out, a lot of the bases for the Universe being a computer came form Alan Turing's idea back in 1936, and a few scientists caught on to the idea over the years, however we keep finding evidence that is just not the case.

You're using the term feedback loop incorrectly. Once a language is written down, it can and indeed will evolve in different ways than the spoken word, and the two do not need to meet. There are some languages that survive only as written forms. In living languages, the spoken and the written will naturally cross contaminate.

Chinese, Egyptian, Japanese as well as other oriental languages don't use an alphabet. Oriental based languages used what is referred to as syllable-based logographies while Egyptian hieroglyphs use consonant-based logographies. Logogram's are a written system where a symbol or picture is used for the full word. When it comes to a sound we call that phonograms and often don't have a meaning by themselves. Richard would know this if he knew anything about history or languages outside English.
