OK, I've been trying to avoid this one, since I know that it would create a LOT of very bitter anti-lolmilk (if such a substance could be said to exist) and this guy really truly thinks there is a chip in his head. This is a VERY common delusion among paranoid schizophrenics. I admit that I just read the opening post and skipped right to here, but I am thinking this is standard paranoid schizo possibly coupled with something more mundane like migraine headaches.
PL: I have paranoid schizo myself, and all sorts of bizarre shit will set off the voices. I've tried home remedies like megadoses of niacin that only fueled the voices. Eating too much wheat will set them off. Right now I'm battling the effects of a Lipitor (basic cholesterol drug) prescription that my GP forced on me a couple weeks ago, with fun stuff along with the louder racket such as headaches and dizziness. (And yes, hand over the TMI ratings, I really don't give a fuck right now.)
So, the OP apparently has some sort of headache problem, and a delusion that it is a computer chip in his head causing it. First, the computer chip. As noted by others, the chip does not exist. The problem is getting OP to realize the chip does not exist. OP has had scans that didn't find a chip, but the crazy in his head is dismissing them. He is talking about radio waves (another common schizo delusion) so maybe there is something he could rig up that would show him that there are no radio waves. The big revelation for me was that *I could control what the voices said*. If I would say/think something, the voices would repeat it exactly, then go back to their yammering. It dawned on me that it wasn't the radio tower a couple miles away beaming the voices into my head, but that the voices were coming from inside a rogue part of my brain. Another poster noted that John Nash sought help when he had a similar epiphany.
Now for that headache. I'm thinking he has a migraine problem underneath the schizo. Poland has nationalized healthcare like almost every other place in the world. Unfortunately, this means dogshit pay levels for the docs, which means that very few of them give a shit about their patients. It sounds like the docs are just shoveling opioids at the poor guy, then when the opium fails they tell him to get fucked. AFAIK pain pills simply don't fucking work with many migraines. In the US this guy could simply get referred to a neurologist and get on meds specifically tailored for migraines. Of course, in a third world hole like Poland that is unlikely to happen.
This means that the guy is in a double bind. Since nothing works for the migraine, he keeps thinking it's the chip. His brain keeps telling him that the docs are lying when they say there isn't a chip. So he keeps asking for help with the chip in his head, which he thinks is causing the migraines. All the docs do is shovel opium at him and walk away because they think the headaches are just part of the crazy. Fuck, this would be a challenging case for skilled clinicians in the US, but given that OP is in Poland, I really don't have any more advice to give. It's likely that the docs went to third world medical schools, so they have shit for a medical education.
Fuck, I'm wracking my brain for a way the guy could get out of this, and coming up empty. The headaches and the schizo reinforce each other. As long as the headaches persist, the OP will think it's the chip. The docs just laugh at him when he talks about the chip in his head and then write him another codone script. Since we're talking third world healthcare, nobody knows anything about such problems as migraines.
