The bar for success with Jackass 4 is very low, as with all of them. They struggled to actually spend the budget in the first one and blew most of it on pyro at the end because it's the entire prank culture is cheap to implement and draws in tons of viewers. Current marketing ads show a bunch of new guys talking about how they watched the show and movies as kids and they're adults now, and it's almost impossible to fuck it up.
Well, the budget's only $10 million, so it doesn't need all that much to succeed.
Kinda blew my mind that its budget is the lowest since the first movie. For some reason I thought they would have invested more into it but as said a few posts up, Jackass is just inherently cheap.

Chances are it will do good even if the reviews call it the worst movie ever made. As Haramburger said. its been a long time since any jackass movies or spinoffs have happened so people are not burned out and will likely check it out. I am like 80% sure it will make its money back, and a profit as well.

Its been a while since I've seen the movies, but didn't they "plan" out the stunts by doing shitty stick figure drawings? So clearly writers are not needed. Atleast half of the budget probably goes to medical expenses
