I wouldn't be surprised if China's IQ figures are a little fudged (by testing a brighter-than-average sample or something), like most numbers coming out of that country.

hol' up, so if an IQ study shows non-whites in good light it's "totally fake" but there's no chance any of the IQ studies on europeans/whites have been at all messed with?

If we make another comparison to the Skeptics, despite being far more ideologically diverse than BreadTube is they still were still considered part of the same general sphere on YouTube, aka SJW-critical content. Granted, "BreadTube" specifically refers to breadlines The Conquest of Bread, which is anarcho-communist and demonstrates that there's far less disunity in their community as opposed to the Skeptics. But I would still consider Sam Seder, Faraday, etc. as part of their general content sphere, though. An alternate name for the group is "LeftTube" but I think that descriptor might work better as a wider group which itself contains BreadTube. In other words Sam Seder and whoever else are LeftTubers but not BreadTubers. I doubt anyone but me cares enough about this level of autistic detail, though.

China's government is better-equipped to do this type of fuckery than Western ones due to the controlled press &c. . Also most western governments explicitly oppose pro-white sentiment (for lack of a better term) so doctoring white IQ stats to appear higher would be rather counterproductive even if they found a way to pull it off without everyone calling bullshit.

They're pretty consistent across Asian ethnicities like Koreans and Japanese. It would be hard to fake every single study. Generally, people accuse IQ tests of somehow favoring whites and Europeans, but clearly that isn't the case if Asians tend to score so well on them.

My personal theory is IQ tests are heavily biased towards cultures that have a strong test-taking and academic culture. If you don't give a fuck about tests in general you will do less well on IQ tests because you just don't care enough to put any effort into them.

In Asian cultures, you get pretty immediate rewards or punishments based on tests so people take them seriously even from an early age.

Well shit that explains a lot. I don't know if I should be impressed by his commitment to Communism by moving to a Communist country, or revile the fact he seems to think Communism is okay while living in a authoritarian Communist country. I mean those Hanoi central planners probably don't take kindly to anarcho-communist afterall. That also explains why in the few videos I've seen of them, she seems mostly disinterested in the topic and bored like a regular girl, because she's probably mostly apolitical and just happens to have a boyfriend who is into this stuff. It's rare to find highly political people who make careers of it and have partners who are apolitical. Him being a Communist may even be a plus for her: "Oh Dad, I know he is a pig American, but he is a good wholesome Communist!"

Vietnam hasn't actually been communist since the 80s and polling shows 95% support for capitalism among the Vietnamese public. Vietnam is also the most pro-American country in Asia because they fucking hate the Chinese.

If anything the conversation would go in the opposite direction: "Oh Dad, I know he's a filthy, degenerate communist, but he is a good wholesome American! Death to China!"

I think Breadtube itself is mostly just Commies and Socialists with a few SocDems in the mix. The people who are popular among Breadtube fans but not part of it themselves might be the ones who are just Extremely Progressive Social Liberals.

Shaun strikes me as dishonest or stupid as fuck. He tries to present Gould’s mismeasure of man book as an example of the bell curve being properly debunked.

But at the risk of an ad hom, Gould is not to be trusted. He is very clearly politically biased and has fudged numbers.

Honestly I’m like twenty minutes in and my stats autism is kicking in. And there’s three hours of this shit, kill me.

Shaun has repeatedly proved himself to b a very shady individual (just like ALL of the self pretentious breadtube types) Didn't he have a drama with some girlfriend stuff way back? And just also comes off as an overall cunt on twitter with him defending antifa and more stuff. It's very shady and I would not trust him one bit. Can't wait until the inevitable sexual harassment allegations comes up.

Also yeah his vids are the epitome of strawman arguments and biased statistics. He's so disingenuous and just comes of as unpleasant like all of breadtube does. That I" know more than you" attitude many have.
 
Jesus, Shaun has got to be the worst of the entire bunch of these assholes. I'd say it's scummy of him to think that he can just up and lie to his viewers' faces, but they're already dumb enough to follow him in the first place, so they wouldn't notice nor care either way. This guy managed to outscum Kraut and I don't think that's a small feat either
