That sounds like a delicious way to make yourself into another heart disease statistic.1 moka pot of coffee
2 tbsp of MCT oil
2 tbsp of unsalted butter
2 tbsp of Torani syrup
Pour coffee into a large mug, add other ingredients, wait until the butter melts and blend with a hand blender.
Smoked oysters for breakfast? That would absolutely destroy me.This week it's smoked oysters with ricotta.
Last week it was salmon with Greek yoghurt and pumpkin seeds.
If we have a roast dinner on a Saturday night (my wife works Sunday evening and night before any fellow britfag calls me out for heresy) I often do extra roast potatoes and vegetables and put together a nice bubble & squeak for breakfast the next morning. Do Americans know what that is because if not you're missing out.Nobody has said anything about potatoes yet? I almost never have them with breakfast but it's a real treat when I do. That's my favorite breakfast: coffee, home style potatoes, and a veggie and cheese omelet with Tobasco sauce.

Christmas is best for us as we have a ham on Christmas Eve and the remains of it get chopped up and put in the B&S with the Christmas day Veg on the 26th.This one does, and it's great any time of the day. I usually use leftover corned beef hash & cabbage.
Rare steak with a grilled, brie stuffed mushroom, two poached eggs and maybe some asparagus if it's in season. It's gotta be Illy Dark Roast espresso as an accompaniment. If not that then Brioche with butter and jam.
