Two eggs, two slices of toast, (reduced sodium) Spam, steamed cabbage, and tomato juice.

I eat four eggs every day.

Because in this day and age, cholesterol has been given a bad rep, and is nowhere NEAR as bad as any modern nutritionist would say it is. You just gotta EXERCISE.

3 scoops of preworkout and oatz

i just have to get to the gym quick afterwards or else the amount of bcaa's and caffeine will have me screaming about the blood for the blood god

I can handle very few foods early in the morning, almost everything has some sort of bad effect.
Usually small amounts of cereal or possibly gruel or oat meal work ok.
I eat gruel or nothing for the most part currently, probably not the best foundation for an energetic day but it sort of works.
My ideal breakfast is probably more like a "continental" hotel brunch later in the day but that's very seldom an option obviously.

This week it's smoked oysters with ricotta.
Last week it was salmon with Greek yoghurt and pumpkin seeds.
Smoked oysters for breakfast? That would absolutely destroy me.

Nobody has said anything about potatoes yet? I almost never have them with breakfast but it's a real treat when I do. That's my favorite breakfast: coffee, home style potatoes, and a veggie and cheese omelet with Tobasco sauce.

If we have a roast dinner on a Saturday night (my wife works Sunday evening and night before any fellow britfag calls me out for heresy) I often do extra roast potatoes and vegetables and put together a nice bubble & squeak for breakfast the next morning. Do Americans know what that is because if not you're missing out.

The white trash greasy spoon in the hick town where I grew up had the best fuckin omelette that I ever had in my life. They stuffed it full of damn near everything like hash browns, ham, sausage, onions, mushrooms, etc. and covered it in sausage gravy. I ate the fuck out of it when I was a chunky teenager.

Grapefruit
Sweet Rice
Toasted Croissant with jelly, usually apricot but anything that isn't grape works
Espresso

Usually this is followed by a bowl of oatmeal since it isn't very filling, but it's so delicious

Rare steak with a grilled, brie stuffed mushroom, two poached eggs and maybe some asparagus if it's in season. It's gotta be Illy Dark Roast espresso as an accompaniment. If not that then Brioche with butter and jam.

All I'd add to this is Hollandaise sauce.
