Because I sure as shit don't understand the point in this picture.
GodBear help me, I think I do. Each character's name starts with one of the letters in "autism.gov". The first guy in the kilt is Arnold and the bald baby in diapers is Tommy. That gives us "a*t***" for the first row. I'm going to guess that the Stimpy-looking blue cat is the second row is Oggy, which gives us ".*o*" for the second row.

The other characters' first names probably start with U, I, S, and M on the first row and G and V on the second, thus giving us "autism.gov".

Let the "autistic" ratings commence...

Good lord, the message here is more scrambled than his brain.

Taken on April 2 (World Autism Awareness Day).
I wore blue on the day (including colouring my hair with a blue tint which is not attention seeking) and went out in public; of course here, I wore a Blissfully Blue Bumpbow (and held a Blue (Blue's Clues) plush) for this photoshoot as a way to show support for autism awareness.
As of April 2 2016, a group wearing Blissfully Blue Bumpbows has yet to be posted on the social media channels for Bumpbows since I suggested this two weeks ago from this date.

Wait, let me read that last part again...

Gee, I wonder why...

Sigh, another double post, but screw it...

My call for this year is Autism Compatibility (including through hashtags #AutismCompatibilityStatement #CaterForAutism #DriveAutismAwareness ), including requiring the use of the Autism Compatibility Statement on certain items such as legislation or regulation, and Public Service Announcements/Community Awareness Campaigns - as I said elsewhere, I will not neogitiate or compromise with policies pertaining to the Autism Compatibility Statement.

I dressed in blue for the day, including a blue tint (not attention seeking) with hairspray which can easily be washed out, and encouraged my younger sister who was born on April 2 to do the same.

Initially, I was not very open about stating that I have autism (other than filling out medical forms for appointments etc.), but one recent event prompted me to be a bit more open about having autism.

My message is simple: please treat all people who (may) have autism with sensitivity and understanding - although Wikipedia has autism indicator options for a particular member who wishes to use it, other online platforms such as Facebook do not implement it; at least you can say "AUTISM COMPATIBILITY REQUESTED" in your automatically generated tagline at the footer of your post if this feature is available.
And here is my YouTube video containing this simple message:

Only posting because of the amusing comments.
I'm OK with sitting back and laughing at the weird shit this guy gets up to and trying to analyze what the hell he's trying to say or why he does what he does, but it just strikes me as wrong to directly interact with the guy, when he's pretty clearly severely retarded and autistic as holy fuck (not a medical opinion).

When this guy's response to getting poked is to quote more Nickelodeon slogans at people, it just feels wrong to try to provoke him. He doesn't get it and no one is going to get a good response out of him, so it's pretty much tantamount to kicking a puppy.
