California seceding and the extreme SJWs moving to Canada... It would be a beautiful Christmas miracle. Maybe they can take the white supremacists with them, since they seem to like/obsess over them so much. It will help to give their oppressed lives meaning... And they could just leave the normal folk behind.

Assuming they managed to actually secede without being destroyed by the United States Army and/or the Red areas of the state, their agriculture would be worthless once the government cuts off their out of state water and electricity supply.
