Speaking of "No Russian", their version of it (with Farah's friend) is pretty much an interactive cutscene, you have no choice. Just to make sure that it's heckin' safe, the gun they give you has no ammo. The MW reboot series is style over substance.Example: MW's general motif is "we get dirty and the world stays clean" is underutilized within its missions. It feels like shock value than saying something meaningful. That Piccadilly opening level feels like MW2019 is trying to do MW2's No Russian by having civilians in the crossfire during its invasion. Or having Price "let you decide" to torture the Butcher's family for information, if you decline, it just boots you back to the previous checkpoint. What was the point of having the player "decide?"
I play Warzone a bit, I have real life normie friends who still love COD so they ask me to come on for it. What do you wanna know?So does anyone ITT play Warzone?
Im preeeety sure the canon choice is Gaz killing the butcher, I always looked at MW2019 as explaining why Price made Gaz his #2. The thing about MW2019 is I always thought the reboot plan was for MW22 to actually be the COD 4 retelling. The fact that Griggs, and Kamarov showed up was a shock to me in 2019 and its partly why I think Warzone kinda fucked the story up since they kinda wrapped up the Zakahav thing randomly.I think the marketing of "ripped straight from the headlines" blew the remake out of proportion. It didn't help that video game journalists were "traumatized" of what was depicted before launch. It felt more like a movie than a video game. Don't get me wrong, it's not short of memorable setpieces, that mission where you're breaching a house comes to mind, its "straight from the headlines" tagline feels forced in execution.

I only really play Resurgence now. I didn't like MW3's main BR map at all and I don't have the patience for regular BR anymore. I enjoy the resurgence maps and I like how much more laid back the mode is.So does anyone ITT play Warzone?
Within a week of MWIII being added into Game Pass, hackers managed to exploit the Game Pass copy by masking their PC copy as an Xbox copy to cheat. The anti-cheat couldn't detect anything from the Game Pass SKU. How do you manage that? I'm glad I did not even bother.MWIII is rumored to be the first CoD to be added to Game Pass before the price hike.
Even so, I refuse to play it out of principle.
You know, I was just thinking the other day of shit like "Crew Expendable" where the SAS just guns down all the crewmen on the ship just because they can.Speaking of "No Russian", their version of it (with Farah's friend) is pretty much an interactive cutscene, you have no choice. I could name a few setpieces. World at War's Vendetta level where you narrowly escape death from a body morgue, then assassinating a top Nazi official while being outnumbered. MW2's Wolverines! and Of Their Own Accord, which I mentioned before. Black Ops' level with Nova 6 comes to mind. I'll have to get back to you about that game. Maybe the penultimate level where you break free of the Soviet brainwashing after an interrogation. MW3, to a lesser extent, with its opening level with NYC under attack.I also don't think they've managed to top "All Ghilled Up" either for sheer tension.
We don't know how far back this build might be from, so I'd rather just wait until the game's actually released (or at least the official beta is) before making up my mind on it.I found another leak, this time a fullblown TDM game against bots that was streamed on Kick

There really isn't enough ways to say "Nothing new under the sun". This looks like a reskin of MW5/6, just like Cold War was a reskin of MW4/2019. I don't see how anyone can get excited over this, it's not like the game is going to bring a new setting or brand new features. Oh, I know about the 'omnimovement", but if you want an advanced movement game play the jetpack ones or BO4 which is bunnyhopping/sliding central just as much as any classic arena shooter.

Hiring Jack Wall for the games OSTs was probably one of the best decisions Treyarch ever had.hat menu song slaps, same energy as Adrenaline(BO2), Ignition(BO3) and World on Fire(BO4) had.
Watching the video, I'm fucking tired of the jump-shooters.I found another leak, this time a fullblown TDM game against bots that was streamed on Kick

"If you don't like sliding and jumping, you're just bad at FPS, CoD was never realistic."Watching the video, I'm fucking tired of the jump-shooters.
Is it me or is omnimovement just futuristic movement tech on the ground? I'm not looking forward to those exploits."If you don't like sliding and jumping, you're just bad at FPS, CoD was never realistic."
