I just want a re release for mw3, infected was way better and the maps were funAgain, I'm just waiting till Modern Warfare 2022 gets released, as Cold War and Vanguard prompted nothing but a yawn from me in terms of actual excitement. Plus, if the leaks about it are true, then count me in for it even more.
If I'm not mistaken, only MW1 remastered was released with its multiplayer mode.I just want a re release for mw3, infected was way better and the maps were fun
They might as well remaster MW2 MP. If Activision was smart enough, they would've already released it instead of shilling millions into shitty WW2 games. If Activision were smart, they would remaster BO2 in 2025 which coincides with the actual year the game is set in which would be a genius for ads and marketing.
They know that more people would play the remastered games compared to the new games and they can't get away with charging $60 for a decade old game with new graphics. The only way they could get away with charging full price for MW2 or BO2 would be if they added a fishing mechanic. It worked for Skyrim.I just want a re release for mw3, infected was way better and the maps were fun

MW2 remastered MP was scrapped entirely because Activision was afraid it would draw players away from Warzone. No official source of how far along it was before being scrapped, but it was intended. They might as well remaster MW2 MP. They wont drop remastered multiplayer ever face it and you guys will hate it nowadays anyway since lets be honest MW2 multiplayer is shit. MW3 multiplayer is better but the MW2fags wont admit it. Warzone is the franchises future face it. They drop the new map+battle pass+plus the store for vanguard shit and bam their loses are recouped and Kotick gets another boat.
You cant stop Kotick hes the DSP of gaming CEOs.
- has the "lifespan" of one COD game always has been more or less a year?Since I'm fairly new to the franchise (I played the very first COD on PC and then, during season 5, I bought MW 2019. Now, looking back at MW 2019, CW and now Vanguard, I have some questions:
- has the "lifespan" of one COD game always has been more or less a year?
- how big is the eSport scene? Changing the game every year isn't a good concept to create a game that is supposed to play a role in eSports, next to OW, LoL, CSGO etc.
- there is a clear pattern in all Battlepasses I've owned (MW season 5 & 6 [not finished], CW season 1-6). You get one "set" of weapon skins (skins that feature the same theme and are mostly marked as legendary skins - most of which I do consider to be an actual alternative to the base skin), a couple of bad/ lazy skins, a new operator with an additional skin at level 100 which is at least ok if not better, shitty emblems, shitty calling cards and XP tokens. Is that a thing since MW 2019?
- where are the COD content creators who don't have a creator code and are therefore more believable than all the other by default? If you know one who puts work in his videos and don't just bitch while showing shitty gameplay, I'd appreciate a link.
- XP tokens. They are probably the most obvious evidence that Activision, and at this point I'd include all the developers as well, doesn't care about the players but their wallet. They are active in real time and not in game. Meaning if there is an unscheduled maintenance, you're fucked. Not refund or whatever. Happened at least once during my time in COD. I've never seen anyone address this at any point in time.
- Is there a way to see the player count in any of those games?
When it comes to Vanguard, I am now convinced that this game is just a lazy and really bad re-skin of MW 2019. So the sales being only 44% or whatever compared to the one before is still a good number considering that the devs haven't put any work into this title. Using older or unused assets in order to put out a "game" that still manages to pull in millions of dollars isn't really a loss.
I remember one of the YT shills being totally excited about having x different teams working on Zombies in CW. Raven Software, Sledgehammer etc.
Looking at the newest Zombie mode and the still existing problems in CW, having those companies working on a game shouldn't be a good omen anymore.
I don't know why the YT shills would be excited, it has been like that for years. The main studios are in charge of the campaigns (Infinity Ward, Treyarch, Sledgehammer), Warzone is handled by Raven (they previously made the Extinction mode in CoD Ghosts), the Zombie stuff is made by Treyarch. Activision also has a lot of smaller studios who help shit out the content for the battle passes, etc.I remember one of the YT shills being totally excited about having x different teams working on Zombies in CW. Probably because "more studios = better product". That'd be the exact strain of thoughts I'd expect from these people. A YTer called PrestigeIsKey even went so far and claimed the devs would've outdone themselves when it comes to the story of Zombies. From what I could gather from the story, Mauler would have a great time analyzing the story.I don't know why the YT shills would be excited, it has been like that for years. hot take: Cawadoody Killzone Edition is actually the best cod game
Is it me or is Vanguard a step down from WW2? This game is basically a $60-70 reskin of Modern Warfare 2019. No originality whatsoever. You'd be better off getting MW2019 and Cold War.
MW2 2022 is sounding pretty good, Vanguard is just the traditional sledgehammer title not great but not horrible imo. Warzone existing now means more stuff too since I do happen to like BRs. I been coping on cod for years I just use it to chill with my real life friends after work that’s all cod is at least to me and crossplay really is a blessing.BO4 was an absolute trainwreck, I agree. By that point, the series had effectively run dry (even if I loved Infinite Warfare), and it was clear just how many assets and the like were being reused to diminishing returns.
Thankfully, Modern Warfare 2019 came out, and while divisive, I thought it was the shot in the arm the franchise needed. Heck, Infinity Ward seemed to agree, having spent more time working on it than they have for any other title in the series, rebuilding the engine from scratch to cut down on reused assets, and even bringing back several key figures that had left for Respawn. And I honestly think the end result pain off. Again, it didn't please everyone (I know many longtime COD fans dislike the title immensely for not feeling like the older arcadey run-and-gun gameplay across smaller focused maps of the previous titles), but it was at least a step forwards that the franchise desperately needed.
Just too bad Activision stubbornly stuck to their yearly release schedule, and cut it off from more support when it was honestly strong enough to keep going for another year.
Just saw this on Battlenet, they're already doing a free week-end for Vanguard.

i mean just from what i've seen on twitter the amount of browns that helped the nazis because of colonialism is huge. and that would be a pretty good plot, to the main character they're helpful rebels fighting in ww2 against the bad guys, then the twist.I can think of several tasteful ways to have an Axis-perspective campaign without explicitly saying "Nazis are good guys". A solid writer that knows even a smidgen of history could come up with something about a protagonist blindly following a clearly immoral purpose out of desperation or devotion to their country. But, mUh NaZiS aRe BaD
I mean its Halo, plus the multiplayer vids show off how sweet it looks. plus this is the first basically free halo, with gamepass. which you can get 3 years for $100 to start a new account.I think between 2042, Vanguard and Halo: Infinite, I think Halo Infinite will win by default.
