The stupid thing about this is how much of a waste of time it is. Troons, for all we may have to say about them here, aren't an issue affecting most Canadians in their daily lives. Housing costs, fuel and food pricing and availability, the carbon tax, gun laws, uncontrolled immigration, CPP being a scam, health care waitlists and privatization, indigenous relations and troubles, failure to attract and keep cutting edge tech and research firms and workers, and erosion of Canadian identity? Those affect us all way more than a handful of troons do, but this is the battle they're deciding to fight and make headlines over, because they can't or don't want to do fuck all about all those other things. So they decide to make a big deal about this.
I don't care about troons. We didn't immigrate 2 million troons over 2 years, and Gurdeep can immigrate his parents once he gets PR, so they get here just in time to burden the health care system in their final 20 years while having not paid a penny into it over their entire lives. That's the issue people should be angry about more than a few weird faggots who at least paid into the system they want surgery from.
