The worse the crackhead epidemic gets, the angrier I get about how much of a waste of resources their entire existence is.

A lot of activists cry about how there’s a lack of mental health resources, but completely ignore that behind every violent, schizo crackhead there’s a handful of enablers that don’t tard wrangle them and just let them go be a menace.

Every single crackhead is living on the streets because they can’t stay clean so they can sleep in a bed at the local shelter. They can’t behave themselves in soup kitchens or in various motels they’ve been graciously offered, so they kicked out.

Like I said earlier, these people are why long term asylums used to be a thing. I used to be against the concept of long term institutions, but there’s people out there who legitimately shouldn’t be walking among us.

Because they waste every single resource provided not just by charities but by entire government institutions. I don’t want to hear another word about how the government is bad for not enabling their addictions, and taking up spots in psychiatric services that could be reserved for people who want help.

What I find more interesting, though, is how even the most mild-mannered liberal who prides themselves on being tolerant are so frequently expressing disapproval or retelling some horror story of rudeness, incompetence or worse, clarifying in hushed tones that it's "...Indians." Whispered as if they're repeating some disgusting curse word, and usually looking terrified to mention it like they half expect to be struck by lightning on the spot.

They fear to speak the truth even as they suffer from it. Consider this their reintegration after their move to Delululand.

Can't speak for everywhere but I've seen similarly edgy graffiti tucked out of street-view in my part of Canada and the owners have totally given up on removing graffiti as long as it's not facing the public.
