Canada is a failed state

One of my fonder memories of Canada is driving the 20 to the 401 on cool fall days and going to a Timmies in some random small town like in Stormont or wherever and getting a coffee and see all the old foundational Canadians sitting around and having a goof with each other.

Now it's all jeets and arabs. Sad.

Not fond memory of breaking my ankle and being told to deal with it. Get fucked, MUHC.

Also, I meant to post this:

What in the absolute fuck is going in Canada? Yeah I know reserves are shitty and I've been to my share, but how you even get 20 people in a house? These are likely shitty pre-fabs so that makes it even wilder. Does nobody think to move and get a job somewhere? Are the natives that buckbroken? Why does some haitain get a house and these people can't. JFC. Even that shithole town in NFLD that had to move bc it sucked so bad wasn't this awful.

One of the biggest problems with Canada is that too much power is centralized in the federal government, or in Justin's case, the Prime Minister's office.
It's the opposite, very little power is available for the feds most is in the hands of the provinces. He managed to royally screw up one of the few areas of federal control in immigration.

Chrystia Freeland, the wicked witch of the west, has resigned as finance minister hours before having to deliver the economic report.

I drafted this last night:
FREE MONEY CANCELLED BOYS, BACK TO BEANS AND RICE.
Here is a link & archive.
The finance minister has appeared strained and seemed to tear up when she was asked about the tensions over spending at a press conference on Friday.
The last time a finance minister disagreed with the prime minister on spending — Bill Morneau on COVID benefit levels — Trudeau resolved that Ottawa wasn’t big enough for both of them.
Freeland appears to be under similar pressure, despite the affinity the prime minister is said to feel for her. Barely a day goes by without a new story about former central banker Mark Carney being lined up to replace her. The Globe and Mail has reported that the PMO is planning for two cabinet shuffle scenarios: one that includes Carney and one that does not. Emails to Carney seeking comment were not returned by deadline.https://nationalpost.com/opinion/sc...rking-canadians-cheques-in-mini-budget-monday
Expect to see idiots cheering about this. Last time there was a shuffle and they got rid of fat Marco from the firearms file, the boomercons cheered. I knew it wasn't going to be good because Marco was incompetent and you could expect he wouldnt be able to put together a working plan.

Then they brought in LeBlanc and it's looking like his "phase 2", seizures from commercial entities, might actually move forward, as well as a rumored upcoming ban on the previously unbannable SKS. I have a feeling they made some kind of deal with a cutout for (feather) indians.
IDK, but I see a lot of pro-firearms Canadians gleeful that Marco Mendocino is off of that dossier. I'm not sure thats the proper reaction. Marco is a dipshit who steps on every rake in his vicinity. That's exactly who you want on the job if you are against more firearms restrictions. One of the major news outlets describes LeBlanc, the guy who replaced the bumbling fool, as such:
Of course, that might be people blowing smoke up his ass, but LeBlanc has been around a long time, and seemingly has a reputation of getting shit done. I'm not chalking this one up as a win yet. The Canadian firearms community was always overflowing with copium, when they we're paying attention at all.
Some Canadians might think it would be an improvement to have a competent person in charge of your economy. And that would be a reasonable assumption, if you believed that the feds give a flying fuck about the average Canadian, and that they aren't imploding the economy on purpose. However, TPTB have decided that the country isn't falling apart fast enough and they need to bring in the economic hitmen to extract whatever gold is left in the coffers.

The Bilderberg Meeting in spring had both Carney & Freeland in attendance. It's been rumored that she left in a huff. People were saying she's out & Carney is in since then.

Crazy how this happened after just last week an X user discovered that 1/4th of the entire Canadian economy is being funnelled into the biggest corrupted slush funds we have ever seen.

Who was in charge of all that money? Winner winner chicken dinner. They are scared that people are going to solve this nation's problems with the only sustainable solution in view.

Here's an archive of the entire page that op wad taking screenshots from, archiving the thread he made as well here shortly. (Edit: Wasn't able to archive the thread.)
Here's a PDF if the archive gets taken down.

Being held hostage by this fucking loser’s pension is more infuriating than the actual dumbfuck Liberals at this point.

I have never seen Canadian governance get this bad. Long long before it gets this out of control, parties will at least oust the leader, historically.

It’s this perfect storm of malignant narcissism, LPC’s weak bench, and naked shameless greed that has taken the brakes off. The system only works when everyone agrees to the historical limits.

Seeing Mark Carney’s name get floated around again, to which I am laughing my ass off. He’s a dangerous snake, but Ignatieff-level tier charisma and please god it would be so fucking funny.

The Harper government made bands and chiefs accountable with laws demanding transparency. Before that was brought in, someone told some news outlet that one Ontario band once just dumped out a bunch of sacks of government dough and rolled around in it like fucking Scrooge McDuck.

In order to buy the Native vote, Justin Trudeau promised, and followed through on, repealing ALL those things Harper brought in for native band accountability with government money.

Honestly Canadians deserve it. They voted for this shit three times.
People in British Columbia, particularly near the Capital, are really, REALLY REALLY fucking stupid. IDK if there's something in the water or what but just yesterday I was listening to a young couple plus somebody's mother - not sure whose mother it was but she looked like the stereotypical NDP secretary/teacher type - short hair in a teacher-style haircut, looked to be late 40s early 50s while the young couple looked late teens early 20s. The mother/MiL said something I picked up on since they weren't sitting very far away. "Well the Conservatives will bring in austerity". After they left, which wasn't long after, I was saying to my crew, "Ugh, those guys that were sitting there. 'Tell me you don't understand monetary policy, without telling me you don't understand monetary policy'."

It looks like BC election had some of the 2020 election shenanigans. Oh man...

I knew Freeland would be gone by the end of the year but I didn't think she would turn on Trudeau nor that they'd lose the housing minister at the same time.

If Trudeau keeps hard headed through this and refuses resignation, it will be the biggest mistake of his life by far. I think he might make a bitter resignation of "well it seems you've lost confidence in me even though x y z but I care about Canadians so I'll step down"

This is the most happenings since the pandemic though.

Liberal MPs are holding emergency meeting to discuss toppling Trudeau from power.

Honestly they should be discussing about getting the fuck out of power.

PP is holding FOURTH non confidence vote TONIGHT.

Jagjeet Singh nowhere to be found.

NO BUDGET IN 150+ YEARS OF CONFEDERATION.
