A fun thing he doesn't mention is not only does Canada export oil to the USA, almost all of Canada's oil is exported. To be refined in the USA and then sent back. Which means that the product will get fucked on the way to the refinery and then fucked on the way back in. And that is just oil. Lots of other stuff follows a similar model.

mostly because it wasn't political. he just wanted to remind the US of our shared history and closeness, tug on those heartstrings a bit to try to put a little pressure on Trump.
