If he does become conservative leader then Canada is officially a one-party liberal state. Alberta is also 102% leaving if he does become leader, it will turn many Albertans including myself from reluctant Albertan independence supporters into true and honest Albertan independence enjoyers.

Don't hold your breath. With hundreds of thousands of new Ontarians moving to Calgary and Edmonton, and the total complacency and self-delusion of the main groups pushing for independence, it's looking unlikely. I support independence at this point, but I guarantee you that unless something very, very big changes, we will lose a referendum. Bigly.

The APP retards are touring small town Alberta and convincing themselves that they'll get like 60% of the vote or something based on the fact that everyone in the local rural trailer park supports them. Zero attempt, as far as I know, has been made to actually grow support in the suburbs of the big cities, which they will absolutely need to win. It's like these people are completely unaware of the demographics of the province / would-be country.

They also ignore that Jeets are flooding Alberta en masse and Calgary and Edmonton are the fastest growing Jeet areas of Canada (behind the areas they already control like Brampton, Kitchener-Waterloo and Surrey BC)

Im gonna be honest, I wanted to like Doug Ford. He sometimes says based things and he can do good  sometimes but with how he undermined Pierre during the election in order to keep the Liberals in power, He was the second most dictatorial Premier during covid by a country mile sub legault who wanted to make it illegal to be unvaxxed. He grifts on fighting the feds but gets on his knees at the first opportunity. If he becomes conservative leader he will be O'Fool v2 and I'll go right back to the PPC no matter how irrelevant they are by the next election

The Albertan government should just modify the referendum rules (again, since they're allowed to do that and just did) so that only people who have lived in Alberta for 10 or more years are allowed to participate in referendums.

IIRC with the bill that lowered the threshold for referendums, the Albertan government did have a vague law that states only people registered for the 2023 provincial election and before were allowed to vote on it, still too many jeets.

Born in Alberta is safer. The next few years of liberal agenda will be to hyper-speed naturalize as many jeets as they can and give them citizenship so they vote. And they'll be dumping them all into Alberta so a vote on anything outside of Ottawa's interests will never happen.
