one good thing I remember was removing GFWL from lost planet 3, years after it was out. there really was no reason for it but they did it (or the studio did it). was a nice gesture.

Resident Evil Revelations apparently "bricked" some Decks. I don't think they're using the term correctly, since they talk about using it after, but it likely froze the system up and had to be reset.
