I play and run nerd games all the time. I cram lolcow shit in the thing I'm running constantly. You have to be subtle and point out the entertainment value of whatever retard you're hucking in at the time. It's all about being subtle, like giving the perverted halfling lawyer the name 'Balldo' or having the fat thief the group is accusing turn around and go, "No child, you are all mentally ill stalkers. The guards will arrest you soon. Enjoy prison."

And here this nigga couldn't even throw in a single smug chuckle.

Embarrassing. Leave this shit to the professionals.

"Iacomus, I'm running a real operation in the Underhive. What I'm working on will elevate me to the upper echelon, I don't have time to deal with your groomed cultists"

Last words of Sargon after being butchered by Chaos Lord Iacomus the Laughing Corspe.
I dunno, "Iacomus Augustine" sounds more like a Rogue Trader than a Chaos Lord.

am I being too naive in assuming it could be a reference to the historical Sargon of Akkad? he dominated the tribes and nations that surrounded him, so you could vaguely allude to that as being like a slaver?

probably wrong, but when I hear the name Sargon I think of the ancient emperor before I think of the grifter

Thank you for saying it. The name is almost certainly a historical reference in my opinion.

These woke writers are hacks. If I was to write Sargon into 40K fiction I'd do him as a pompous Slaanesh worshiper who who also gets massages from daemon dick girls that end with him getting bummed by them whilst smugly chuckling. I'd give him two fat, servile, dimwitted and very servile servants called Vee and Devon, who screech and fling shit at each other.

I wouldn't give him a bad ass death either, I'd have him killed by a squad of children who he refers to as Sweeties who throw so many kippers at him he suffocates under the weight of the fish.

Fucking big missed oportunity. 0/10, if you're going to upset someone by including them in your writing go hard or don't go at all.

It could be both, using the historical figure to hide behind any criticism of trying to "Own A Chud" at a company's expense.

I was about to say the same, but given the author's track record I very much doubt it. He'll probably use this as a shield if questioned about it though.

Is it just me or does literally everything suck now a days? Not to doom or anything but almost everything I'm interested in just seems to be becoming bleak, gay or rapidly uninteresting.

Sargon gets immortalized in W40K lore in an upcoming book by Mike Brooks - "Lelith Hesperax: Queen of Knives". Sargon is pleased. Mike Brooks has previously published books for the Warhammer universe since 2018, and is your typical woke activist.

I love sci fi, you get such unique, interesting people with their own cultures and behaviors unlike anything on earth. Characters like Fonald Blumpf from Tomlinson's Tiny Tim in Space, or Sarkon of Aggad. Escapism has truly never been this good before. Also why is Sarkon going into battle without a helmet? Is he stupid?
