The writing has been on the wall, and instead of taking steps to protect his family's financial security, he doubled down on edgelord politics and petty internet wars.

In five years of working at this as a full time job, he managed to remain both technically inept, and completely uninformed in the topics he blathered about for hundreds of hours. While he had to time and resources to improve his skillset and knowledge, he chose to instead play with virtual dinosaurs.

He has demonstrated a completely lack of human empathy, not just to his opponents, but to his family, friends, and allies. He's about to find that sentiment returned in kind.
