I think the only rational explanation to this all is that Sargon's a stand user. However he can't control his stand, and it just automatically kills things Sargon's touched or been a part of. The more that Sargon is laughed at the stronger his stand becomes. The past few weeks Sargon's become a laughing stock for the right and left, and now in the past week, he's killed off UKIP along with his patreon.

Lucy needs to hurry up and get out before Sargon's stand comes for her next.

I think it should, though. This is honestly one thing I'm not libertarian on. Same with the USPS deciding not to handle mail for individuals.

It's probably not Patreon's decision. People seem to be saying "Patreon, but maybe also PayPal" - no, I promise you it's both, and because the latter went first.

Patreon touches not a single dollar. It holds no FIN, it pays not a single person, it handles not a single cent. It is a platform entirely reliant on Stripe and PayPal. If one of them says someone has to go, they have to go. If either drops Patreon as a customer, Patreon's entire company collapses. If MasterCard or Visa says to Stripe or PayPal someone has to go, they have to go. Stripe losing Visa Card would be in the range of billions of dollars of revenue a year. The company would be gone.

The only solution here is (a) to have a way for companies to compete with VC/MC, or (b) to have the Government tell banking institutions or pseudo-banks like PayPal that they have to play nice.

That's never going to happen, though, which is why I continue to scream BITCOIN, BITCOIN, BITCOIN, I DON'T CARE IF IT'S DOWN RIGHT NOW, IT'S THE WINTER IT ALWAYS GOES DOWN IN THE WINTER BECAUSE THAT'S WHEN PEOPLE ARE BUYING SHIT, FUCKING BITCOIN.

And honestly if you're happy about this in any way besides just "lol karma xD" you get a special fuck you straight from my heart.

Love or hate the altright, Allsup was the nearly happa starchild of it complete with good optics and a very minor elected position in the GOP. They got him last night. I find that far more serious too because he didn't do any of the stupid shit Carl did like using racial slurs. This is the new game plan post 2016, and now that there isn't a chance for immediate backlash, it's ramping up.

Deplatforming Carl probably helps the right though tbh. That guy is such a liability.

Considering how prevalent online banking is now is there a reason people couldn't put their details like iban/swift under their youtube videos and people donate directly to them? like how necessary is patreon really? I might be missing the potential for fraud though lol

Yeah, I think UKIP should have disavowed him. Still I can see why they don't - Batten's plan is a Trumpian 'never apologise/never disavow' one that is designed to attract people in the UK who are fed up with living in a police state and self censoring.

If that's the plan the more gaffe prone the people you publicly court the better because it sends a message that, like Trump, you won't abandon your supporters.

Of course there are limits - if you're an ethnonationalist or violent they will disavow. However if you're a David Brent type character like Sargon the most that will happen is they'll freeze you out.

You can see Trump does the same thing - he disavowed Spencer who is a Neo Nazi, but he won't disavow people who are normie conservatives but make some non PC gaffe.

Null raises some excellent points and I really dislike this path to three companies dictating which corporate approved products I can spend my money on, but....

God damn, Carl's future insanity is gonna be spectacular. I am half expecting him to go mgtow over no longer being able to see his wife's son
