What these people don't understand is that we watched shows that are crap when you rewatch them today. Our child-like minds would soak up anything on TV for entertainment. Kids are amused by ANYTHING they set their eyes on, why do you think they have such an imaginative mind? For instance, i used to laugh at stupid scenes from My Gym Partner is a Monkey if anyone remembers that show. I remember me and a friend would repeat a quote about fruit from that show over and over and laugh. Now that i think back on it, i confuse myself how it was funny. The show, overall, is kinda meh but not Gumball standards.

But i was young. We all laugh at stupid shit and as we get older, it's not as funny as we thought.

Better than that Nickelodeon shit. Those upcoming TV movies for Invader Zim, Hey Arnold, and Rocko are just enabling autistic "90s RULE" types. But, I do hope Nickelodeon somehow massively screw up on those, unleashing salt untold.

And I'll say it here, the original Teen Titans was a piece of shit cartoon. Don't even compare it to the DCAU like I've seen on Tumblr. This GO thing might be an improvement as far as I can tell.

Its like these people forget that cartoon network is a business first than a place to create cartoons. Money comes first , and to stay afloat, CN needs to show cartoons that make a lot of money for them, hence TTG. Its quick, simple to produce and gives them a lot of revenue just by airing a few episodes each day. Of course they're not going to let go of their sacred cash cow. If they do, then guess what? No more CN, so no more of SU.

Shows like SU are made only because CN can afford to be creative and have fun. If they didnt make any money with TTG, they would have honestly canceled SU by its second season. So these cartoon lovers ought to be grateful to TTG.
 
While it's dumb to air a single show continuously over a week, especially if said show is 15 minutes long, I don't see why everyone gets so damn worked up over it. Most cable packages come with literally thousands of other channels, and this is the age of the Internet where you can pirate every episode of the old Teen Titans show in under a half hour. There are limitless other choices, but these idiots get worked up over a single channel showing a shitty comedy show.

And while I'm at it, there's an episode of TTG where they literally dub over the first episode of the original show. It's like at this point the show purely exists to drink the salty tears of all the enraged speds whining about it.

I think at this point, the creators of TTG are trolling just by making episodes that mock manchilren and find it enjoyable to trigger rage in Mr. Enter levels of :autism:
 
There's numerous episodes where they mock old fans for being salty fags about TTGo. The show isn't "that" bad; it has a few really funny episodes and easter eggs thrown in a ton of episodes. It's not a bad show by kid standards if you look at it from a general child between the ages of 5 and 13 viewpoint its just because of MUH STEVEN UNIVERSE and all the other shows getting next to no air time at times compared to their big money maker that's what makes people mad. And just like @Baldur's Gait said, it's the age of the internet. Just pirate the episodes of the original Teen Titans or fuck, the PPGs while you're at it and it's fine. It's not like they're gonna disappear off the face of the earth because of these reboots. While I don't like the nu-PPG because yeah, I really love how the original series was handled and it was inspiring to me, I can fucking ignore it and just watch the original on like Netflix or just order the box set.

It's not that serious fam.
 
To their credit, having the same show run for almost a week is a bit much, but then again this is a kids network here, I don't think the kids would care if a show they liked was on constantly.

I asked some kids I was babysitting, and only the 5 year old really liked TTG, the others when asked where just "idk it's funny I guess." I'm assuming they just watch it to get a few laughs and it's only really little kids who love it. But regardless, kids watching = money for CN.
It doesn't matter if kids aged 8-12 prefer gravity Falls, if they'll still watch TTG alongside the smaller kids, then TTG gets 2x more ratings than Gravity Falls.

Also TTG is very toyetic. That brings the dough.

It's not that big of a deal. Also if it bothers their asses so much, they should just try to go to CN and make their own show.
Oh wait, that's why we got SU. Nvm, don't do it.
 
On one hand, I'm really enjoying people flip their shit over an issue that can be resolved by a computer and the right website, but on the other hand, I can totally see where they're coming from. It'd be like if FX spent a whole week airing nothing but reruns of American Horror Story, with random breaks so they can air Fargo or The Americans. No other channel operates like this and it's mind-boggling.

TL;DR: Go use KimCartoon, spergs.
