Question about Lumin City: what drives someone to stalk others like this? What does Lumin gain in his head?
Shitty parenting, gallons of autism. You can be neuroatypical and not be an annoying bastard. Sure you'll talk funny and your mannerisms abnormal, but you can still function in most scenarios and be treated with common courtesy because your parents will have taught you so.
Slight powerlevel: I've worked in a field that's popular with those on the spectrum. Most I met were harmless, very polite but fragile with so much boneshaking anxiety that you feel sorry for the poor bastards never being able to live a normal life without carers; genuinely disabled people who need protecting. Some were deadly silent and not at all notable, maybe just creepy. The rest were completely off the rails crazy & unable to behave rationally no matter the environment and were
always the ones that were, bewilderingly, unaccompanied by a responsible guardian.
Lumin falls into that last category and you can almost always blame the parents - mothers especially - for coddling their *disabled* child. They'll know that their kid is a pest due to their prior negligence: they just won't be able to say no to him anymore because the effects of being centre of their attention since infancy are etched deep. They just can't be bothered with his tantrums or physicality anymore, so let the fucker go do what he wants.
Lumin gains nothing from all this. Whatever he does he sees as harmless and normal and everybody else is in the wrong. The stalking probably is down to a lack of understanding of friendships, boundaries and a lack of social awareness as a whole; antics like the room invasion, the C&D will be clever, villainous schemes he's thought up in his head as flawless victories over people who hate him for no reason. This isn't a person you can successfully get a meaningful or sensible conversation out of.
One day this nutter will tread over a much larger line and get pummelled for it. That water will boil over because it's not being watched. Lock him up for his own safety.
