0:00 - So here is the deal, if you are interested in learning more how the casting process works for TLC then this will be an interesting watch. This video does not warrant a play-by-play recap. There are a couple of nuggets near the end, so those summaries are below:

9:55 - Family by the Ton has reached out to Hamber several times to be on the show.

10:04 - She also disclosed that she received an email from MSPL but she thought it was fake and ignored it.

10:13 - Biggest nugget of the video. Amber now says that she would do MSPL. Is this confirming that she is over 6 hunnid? I know it is optimistic but I would love to see Dr. Now verbally bitch slap Amber and Necky.

10:21 - Amber begins to virtually suck Dr. Now' dick. He is soooooooo smart. He knows what he is doing. Etc.

10:33 - She likes that Dr. Now is stern with his patients and she has the fucking nerve to say "that's what I look for in a weight loss doctor." Sure Jan. Gorl you laaaaahhhhh. It sounds like Amber is begging to get on MSPL.

11:08 - Gorl brings up going on the Dr. Phil show. Thanks gorl I had forgotten all about that trainwreck so I got a good laugh from the memory.

So she's expecting us to believe that she had never heard of or seen 'My 600 Pound Life' prior to this? Because that's what she's acting like.
 
Interesting watch as far as hearing how the TLC casting stuff works. I can't complain. Except... The choker is gone and replaced with a sparkly piece of chainmail .
 
Summary
  • Went back and forth with a casting scout for a spin off show with a weight loss doctor in Atlanta that would also involve several other obese people
  • Apparently one of the team members behind the scenes loves her and wants her to prove all her goddamn haters wrong
  • Nothing happens because communication fizzled out
  • Scout asks if she has other obese family members. She doesn't so nothing else happens
  • Claims to have been offered by MANY shows but never followed up because she thinks its fake
  • Says she's willing to go on My 600lb Life (strangely enough after hesitating to give an answer)
  • She says that and follows it up by saying she ignored an email from the crew behind M6HPL because she also think that's fake
  • Says she thinks Dr. Now would be perfect for her because he clearly knows what he's doing (I guess all the other doctors she's seen locally doesn't count because they're quacks)

So my theory is that since she is becoming short from cash she is now kind of "begging" to the WL programs to call her making herself look relevant and important on Youtube and internet :cringe:

In another hand.... something is fishy here.. why she is posting this now after posting a month old videos and making an Instagram direct story where she is not showing her face... maybe she is kind of fishing networks and because of it is hiding so badly... since is well known that when you want to participate in the program you need to hide from the public eye and keep in secret the progress made tnx to the procedure

Thank God we have Eric to shade her and see how big is she becoming through time

how delusional she is... honestly this bitch is becoming each time more and more and more bigger and exhausting...

I really hope D.R Now takes her, impatient her in a feeding disorder clinic and teach her a good lesson and she finally manages to lose weight... even though all of us know that this surgery is only a tool and that easily the person can gain weight again if don't take it seriously....and since she did not take even a wisdom tooth extraction seriously... we all know how will finish all of this.... one or 3 months after the surgery we will have a video called: EXPLODE YOUR REDUCE STOMACH WITH ME (eat with me video)

the bright side from all of this is that maybe Becky and Twinkie finally will be free

Here's what I don't get: Family by the Ton follows a fat family. Who else does Amber have to count as a family to take on the show with her? Or does the show just grab a bunch of fatties and create the narrative that they're related?
 
Didn't she say she was contacted for a weight loss show back when she was with Krystle, but the show was about families and she was the only fat one?

Becky and Twinkie have both gained weight, I think that counts. They should show how the pets are affected, they are, after all, her family.

Mentioning her soooo many other offers, I think she made this video to use as a bargaining chip to try and raise her worth.

So she mainly wanted to do it because one the casting wanted her to lose all the weight and show the mean haydurs.
 
I guess it's a slow day for me, but it amuses the hell out of me that they closed the letter with "thanks a ton".

She says this now, but I guarantee her episode would have a clip of her deciding that she didn't need to follow his diet plan because "i kNoW wHaT wOrKs fOr mE".
