CenturyLink/Qwest/Layer3 blocks Kiwi Farms

Wow, ISPs are well known for not giving a fuck about anything unless it involves pirating cable, not paying bills, or sabotaging equipment. If you work for the ISP you can just sit in your office/truck and jerk off, shitpost, poop 5 times a day, and watch Netflix. Someone actually got up and did something, and instead of idk, getting me a new cable box, or upgrading the fucking infrastructure, they blocked a website because they support trannies.

BUMBOCLAAT!!!

We just found out that the FBI gave Twitter $3.5 million over two years to reimburse them for janny services rendered.

Tearing the Internet apart piece by piece just to take down a gossip site. Absurd.
No, they’re tearing down the Internet to go after the archives.

Which only happened because certain employees went on a power trip caused by a moral crusade.

People following Trump into anti-NN was always a mistake and I have been a vocal advocate of NN despite popular opinion turning against it. Making a Verizon exec the FCC chair was a fucking blunder.
I didn't care about it, because all I ever heard about it at the time was Redditors' incoherent REEEEEEing at its repeal.
Does T-Mobile use century link? I can’t connect to the site from their mobile network, I have to be on a VPN
I think so. CenturyLink is an offshoot of Sprint, and Sprint was bought by T-Mobile when it folded.

Situations like this are exactly why "I'll just do the exact opposite of what (insert group I don't like here) does! That'll show 'em!" is a retarded way to form one's opinions and is no replacement for critical thinking no matter how cathartic it may seem. Seriously people. Support net neutrality, even if troons and redditors would theoretically benefit from it too.

Writing to the President and calling/writing to our Congressmen isn't weening, right? Wouldn't mind trying to send stuff to mine, but if its considered pozzing, I won't.
If you feel this is a serious issue, you should call up your local representatives (though I doubt they'd help) even if it was somehow against the rules (it isn't). The only thing you are asked to do, is to not bring trouble for the forum.

uh.. no? You've been here for 7 years. How can you not tell the difference between participatory democracy and fucking with retards in real life? I guess they're retarded but they're your representatives.
Politics are a shitshow, and with how my state's been going lately on the political compass, I'm thinking it could be more harm than good since they're more of the knee-bending variety.

Currently on their 4G and can access KF fine. Apologies if this isn't the same thing, and hopefully your connection is just being spotty.

The ability to access and make clean drinking water is way more valuable than silver ever will be. Especially after the bombs drop and drinking water is not as easy to access. But silver's also nice to have.
