CenturyLink/Qwest/Layer3 blocks Kiwi Farms

Lemme try a rough draft.

Feel free to add to or edit this. Just a prompt.
Suprisingly close to mine:

A completely legal website that is in no violation of AUPs and has had no contact from ISPs about AUP violations up until today, https://kiwifarms.net, has been blocked by CenturyLink due to perceived violations of their Lumen acceptable use policy. They did not specify at any point what these supposed violations were. They also did not give any prior warning or notice before doing so. I hope you understand the grave danger to the right of freedom of speech (that is enumerated to all American citizens in the First Amendment of the Constitution) that this action represents. This is a major ISP effectively censoring the Internet. If I were you, I'd demand CenturyLink to reverse their decision immediately, to preserve this God-given right to all American citizens.

Probably just cite that type of shit that is posted on Facebook Twitter and Reddit instead of looking for small websites
This is what I am thinking. They provide traffic to Twitter and Reddit which host a load of obscene content that not even Kiwi Farms hosts. Once you point out specific examples, it would help the case when you submit to the FCC and FTC.

So I've been doing some thinking and wonder why troons think they could try to pull this shit on a Thursday and get away with it. I know most of them don't have jobs, but do they no know that real humans still have to work on Fridays? The higher ups are still at the office to reverse any shit done by a troon mole and will still be in until at least noon tomorrow.

That never matters to them. Remember, Twitter was literally taking millions of dollars in bribes from the FBI to censor Americans to set a uniparty friendly narrative, and they had so many FBI moles working at Twitter they literally had their own onboarding team and slack rooms to get to know each other. Every other big name website is the same way.

They are allowed to break every rule and law in the book, up to and including hosting child porn -- which Twitter ABSOLUTELY DID up until Elon took over and realized they were going to try and dump that in his lap. It's just like Operation Pacifier, I have no doubt at all FBI-Twitter was hosting CP in part so they could track anyone stupid enough to load those hashtags and receive images.

Even any fake reforms they suggest, like the EARN IT bill by that closeted homosexual basket case Lindsey Graham are twisted in such a way to help the larger companies while destroying the smaller ones. EARN IT would create a cabal of SIlicon Valley and FBI glow in the darks that would decide which companies deserved the right of free speech -- which ones "Earned It."

It's very hard not to get blackpilled over this. The only solace I have is that these people's own incompetence is causing the entire system to collapse -- we're facing a complete economic failure in the West, and it's now a matter of when, not if, it happens. People like Liz Fong-Jones won't survive such an environment, nor will all the woke, politically correct sensibilities and pandering to leftist dogma.

Swedish ISP's are prohibited by law to take anything down unless their Local Court says so.
Well they aren´t taking it down, they are blackholing it. Thats good though, Im just clarifying, do you have any specific law that might assist in a complaint?

Troons with any sort of forethought whatsoever? Yeah, not going to happen.

Just updated the post you referenced, check again.

41. Can an internet service provider (ISP) shut down (or be compelled to shut down) a website, remove content, or disable linking due to the website's content, without permission?
Under European case law (UPC Telekabel Wien GmbH v Constantin Film Verleih GmbH and Wega Filmproduktionsgesellschaft mbH (C-314/12)), a national court can order an ISP to shut down a website if the content of the website infringes on any copyright laws.
There is no right for an ISP to shut down a website at its own discretion stipulated in law, but it could be included in the ISP's terms and conditions for its services.

Just wanted to report in as an East Coast Verizon user that the clearnet is working for me just fine with no VPN. Site wasn't loading at all only a couple hours ago so hopefully the mere threat of 𝓣𝓸𝓽𝓪𝓵 𝓡𝓮𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓭 𝓦𝓪𝓻 is already helping get shit moving.
My brother in christ, ProtonVPN is free. They offer premium vpn services, but the base use of the service is free. If you already use any proton services, you have access just need to login the program/app.
This is incredibly useful to know and I will start using it soon, thank you.

The downside to dealing with smug retarded coomers with an 8 year old's mentality like Keffals, LFG, et cetera is this sort of shit. "It's not taken down you just can't access it [smug smug]," said to the same tune as "I'm not touching you~."

So if Lumen does censor this site what's stopping them from attacking Project Veritas or The Babylon Bee?

Something to lighten everyone's mood ☺️

Yes, I stole it from telegram

From what I understand, they specifically are denying their customers access. They're a smaller ISP in the UK only so it's really a matter of you complaining. I don't think the UK has any form of Net Neutrality, but if they do, and you have the balls, tell the Crown.
I've been with Three for two years, and attempting to access KF redirects me to an "Adult Content Filter" page which I have never seen before.

I have attempted to disable it multiple times, and it's currently claiming that the filter is off - I still cannot access KF.
