CenturyLink/Qwest/Layer3 blocks Kiwi Farms

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.
When I use WiFi I can see the site(talk talk) but when I use phone data Vodafone I get this message.

I'm complaining to Vodafone now and cancelling my contact and have 2 friends who don't even use the site complaining as well.

I'm pissed but would be so fucking pissed that vodaphone has no issue with me brewing bathtub HRT for kids but allows me to be blocked from this site.

The whole free speech thing can get cringe but this actually matters. I wonder what other sites will slowly not be available if you have vodaphone in the UK.

That is just the sites DDOS protection though...

I'm getting the same on US at&t cell data. I think it may just be the ddos protection itself and not the phone service.

That's a KF DDoS protection false positive (mistaking you for a bot) not Vodafone's doing.

As rough as your life may be, imagine the life of a troon. You literally cut your dick off. You can't coom. But you cut off your dick because you thought you'd get the best coom of your life. That's what the quacks told you. But now, you never ever get to coom again. Imagine the psychotic rage of a coomer who realizes he chopped off the only way he had to coom.

That's why these tranny scum are so angry at us. Because we laugh at them for the idiotic thing they did to themselves, after we told them not to do that.

They literally can't admit they were wrong to cut off their dicks.

Because that would mean admitting they were wrong, something troons can't do.
It's really absurd that society could be hoodwinked into thinking you could Frankenstein someone's existing genitals to the opposite sex, when surgeries on all other organs need to be precise & could easily go wrong despite doing everything the right way. Why would cutting apart and stitching your genitals together in a different way be any more safe than a heart transplant?

I have an idea.
Null can setup a honeypot "I will DDOS the Kiwi Farms for BTC/XMR" darknet service. When someone pays him money, he'll have the backend drop a random percentage of packets. When Null gets a dedicated set of people throwing money at his "DDOS KF" service, he can slowly lower the amount of dropped packets and complain that Kiwi Farms has better DDOS protection. He can then up the price to "allocate more resources" from his "botnet".

The end result will be Dong Gone throwing thousands of dollars in cryptocurrencies every day at Null to fake DDOS his website. Null will be able to buy his farmland in no time.
Cold war thriller material.
Is Tom Clancy still alive to do the screenplay? 8)

So... was I supposed to send my complaint to Lumen? It sounds like Centurylink might play a bit of a shell game with the blacklist. "Oh Centurylink isn't doing this, it's Lumen, our upstream provider, you'll have to complain to them." Easy dodge from the FCC complaint. (They have not replied yet.)
I told them that I intended to sue them under my States Net Neutrality laws, the Unlawful and Deceptive business practices, and Tortious Interference, and they told me that they submitted a ticket and directed me to call their law enforcement line on Monday. I will do so, and I will report back what resolution if any, they have offered.

My demand of the company is as follows:

The removal of the AUP guidelines that led to the issue
Immediate reversal of the blocking of this IP range 103.114.19.0
Immediate inclusion into the DNS servers of the Kiwifarms.net domain name

Noncompliance will result in the following relief to be sought:
Denial of any contracts from the State of Oregon under existing Net Neutrality law.
False Claims Act claims regarding fraudulent receipt of funds from the State of Oregon that must be repaid.
Compensatory damages for myself and other similarly situated parties.
Punitive damages for myself and similarly situated parties.
Injunctive relief
Declaratory Judgement that:
47 USC 230 immunity is unconstitutional pursuant to the First Amendment for the following reasons:
- Hecklers veto doctrine
- Viewpoint based speech statute
- Content based speech statute

I have not yet analyzed the sherman anti-trust aspect mentioned by another person here, but So i dont know if those claims are applicable in addition to the state law claims of unlawful and deceptive business practices, which I do know are applicable, but such claims would be useful if I intend to bring the action before a federal court instead of a state court.

Having to access using a vpn because haltdos thinks my requests to view the site is suspicious.
