I think that the interference with commerce 18 USC 1951 is only limited to that interference which involves threats of violence, otherwise you have to establish that two or more people committed the other predicate RICO offenses 2 or more times, I dont know if the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act covers DDOSing. However the thing is that given that there is political discretion, you will never find a prosecutor in the DOJ who is going to prosecute, simply because of political correctness, its the reason why some politicians can get away with almost anything, but other politicians get years long fruitless investigations and persecutions against them.
With regards to Civil Rico, that only covers damages to business or property, but it allows those damages to be tripled. The problem with this, is that the troons are always mentally ill and unemployed, so suing them is not going to get you anywhere, because they are "judgement proof" as they call it. Going after the ISP's as an accessory to a conspiracy might be possible, but im not sure there is a true "meeting of the minds" with regards to the elements of intent, with regards to the RICO offenses but perhaps with other tortious conduct. Meaning going after the ISPs will likely result in monetary compensation eventually, and as a bonus you can find out who was complaining to them, and get an injunction against those troons as well.
This is the problem. They are conspiring to use bot attacks to keep us from viewing the site, but we can't claim monetary damages, AND they can say their illegal attacks are necessary to their survival as a protected class and persecuted minority from OUR illegal hate speech which is murdering them.LiTeRaL BoDy CoUnT
One problem is that it's easy to downplay and forget a lot of the legitimate good KF has done. The only thing that might save KF is the growing backlash against grooming and the exponential increase of people, especially kids, "realizing" they are trans. If the mainstream view of society becomes the recognition that this was a temporary aberration and is harmful, they will lose their power.
Not the US. For all the fuckshit going on in the US, we're still pretty good on free speech from the government. Some guy was just arrested in CA for publicly mocking Asians. Our speech on here is basically criminal in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc. They are only defending themselves.
Just to lighten the mood, here's some cheerleading for Josh from ovarit.
TRAs are back at it...
Nice to know someone is on our side.
Considering their lesbianess:
It's very stable here, and all the autism mesh nodes seem to be responsive, so sounds like a Proton VPN problem :Proton VPN was running very slow this morning, then cut out 20 minutes ago. Now switched to TOR on my laptop, but it still feels glacial, but more stable nonetheless.
I'm on the free account with Proton. Probably why its spotty. As for Tor, yes, and its sped up the longer I've been on.It's very stable here, and all the autism mesh nodes seem to be responsive, so sounds like a Proton VPN problem :

Are you using the .onion hostname with Tor?
Right now they're exploiting something in the anti-bot check itself to slow the site down tremendously. The server we have that's connected to GTT is one of the weakest, and it can't really keep up with all the attack traffic.
If you change countries on your VPN away from North America, or use Tor, you may have better luck.
Part of why they're doing this is that the anti-bot checks excludes search engine bots. Troons really want shit like "consent accident" to stay off search results for their name, so just keeping the bot check page up is a part of their ambitions.
I have my VPN set to Austria and it’s all good right now. Voda from NZ is also working fine.I was wrong, there's actually an escalation in the attack, idk why I'm not affected:
From the Telegram feed:
They'll keep trying until they 41%, the cost for a DDoS service is like 30 USD/month so the biggest cost is just the time they spend keeping it running (and since troons don't work that's no problem). What's the troon plan? Are they going to pay to keep this DDoS attack going forever? Because otherwise it's a temporary annoyance, and in a few days it's back to shitposting as usual.
The saddest thing about this is that right now the Troon effort to bring the site down basically amounts to work. What's the troon plan? Are they going to pay to keep this DDoS attack going forever? Because otherwise it's a temporary annoyance, and in a few days it's back to shitposting as usual.
I believe a continuous attack is a lot more expensive than that. The "monthly" cost only includes a limited number of minutes of DDoSing. I might be retarded, but that's 900 seconds per attack, and what they do is just launch new attacks continously (some stressers provide an API so you can automate it).I believe a continuous attack is a lot more expensive than that. Masking as stress testers, DDoS-for-hire services (a.k.a. stressers or booters) undermine the very evolution of the Web, crippling the innovation of young online organizations that are less capable of dealing with DDoS threats...www.imperva.com

Someone correct me if I'm misinterpreting.
No it isn't, it's entirely legal according to the highest law of the land. Fuck Commiefornia. Some guy was just arrested in CA for publicly mocking Asians. Our speech on here is basically criminal in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc. They are only defending themselves.

No court or jury would stand up against trannies in the current year and defend our right to mock them. They would side with any ISP who refuses to provide KF with the ability to be seen and used in the name of persecuted minority rights.
