CenturyLink/Qwest/Layer3 blocks Kiwi Farms

  • 🔧 Actively working on site again.
Site remains unreachable using Three (UK) without a VPN but it appears that two major UK ISPs (BT and Virgin Media) can now reach the server. Interesting times, the people I spoke to at BT today were very helpful, particularly the third-line guy who clearly knew what he was talking about. I don't think my autism did anything to resolve the issue but I hope this is the end of yet another tranny scheme.
I can't speak to Virgin but I know from a friend of a friend of a friend etc. that BT certainly is in the technical changes lockdown stage right now for a lot of stuff. If someone committed shenanigans and it was found out they will brute force a fix because if enough complaints come in that someone high up enough has to have their Christmas disturbed heads will roll.

That said Null has given the best advice about what most of us can do. In case it ends up meaning patchy service over Christmas hope all of you awful slur spewing lot have a lovely time, ditto New Years. Take care and have a nice lot of holidays. For the Farmers in parts of the world where this isn't as relevant a time of year similar to you and to everyone's families also. Someone can shove a Tiny Tim gif in somewhere to summarise the sentiment.

Forgive my sperging, but if every T1 network has blackholed the forum, how is it still accessible? I've read the thread but I'm still confused.

You have my hammer. Who me smash?!?

Aren't VPNs stupidly expensive? Plus I can never tell which one will rat me out if I download some capeshit movie over them. Supposedly some of the "zomg privacy" ones that were paying youtubers left and right to shill were outed as being not-so-private after all.
I don't use one for torrenting but VPNs are not expensive and are easy to use.
I'm using Surfshark, I can't complain about them. Can only suggest that you do a bit of reading and pick one you are happy with if you do sign up. Having used Mullvad in the past I know they take privacy very, very seriously but it's your data and you are the only person who needs convinced.

KF is the only remotely "spicy" website I visit so if my logs were revealed they'd see a whole load of fuck all.

I'm impressed by Mullvad. They don't even ask for a name or email; you just instantly get an ID number and an address to top up with crypto. Speed is great too.

Considering UK speech laws, it might be better to mention https://madattheinternet.com as that should be more "acceptable".
Random thought: Could I pay @Null $5 to host my forum avatar on a premium hosting site he runs, giving me a business relationship with 1776 Hosting and thus giving me more pull when filing these complaints? I imagine they'd probably send my complaint to a different (non-Pajeet) team if I was a small business complaining about them interrupting a business relationship than a consumer trying to access some random website.

I hate CenturyLink so much. They abuse the shit out of rural Americans overcharging for the absolute shittiest DSL, and they have no choice but to pay up because no one else bothers to roll cables out to the sticks.

Thank Christ Starlink came to our area. I can't stand SpaceX and the ambiguously retarded guy who runs the company, but they were my only other choice. Cheaper and it's the difference between 2Mbit/s and 300Mbit/s.

Fucking rediculous. Makes me wonder why the internet isn't a public utility.

CenturyLink curating what people can and can't see online is only another of a laundry list of abuses against rural Americans, but probably among the worst.
What's the latency like on StarLink?

From what I understand, they specifically are denying their customers access. They're a smaller ISP in the UK only so it's really a matter of you complaining. I don't think the UK has any form of Net Neutrality, but if they do, and you have the balls, tell the Crown.
What a shower of cunts. I will be speaking to OFCOM (the regulator) tomorrow and will report back with anything interesting.

Weirdly enough my Isp never blocked KF.

Guess they stayed neutral or maybe don't care about the troon war.

You know former Tor developers? Dude, do you know how many fucking hardcore SJW cancel-culture TRAs worked at Tor? This one (who now hates Tor and would be more than happy to user her insider knowledge to destroy her ex-employer), and this one recently got his Twatter account back, a notorious doxxer who has deleted any mention of Tor from his Twatter timeline to make it seem like he was never associated with them, but the internet never forgets. The Tor Project has always been up to their nose in TRAs and SJWs.
I said I may or may not know former and/or current developers.

And it is possible for someone from here to be friends with SJWs and TRAs.
