I don't have a super good grasp of criminal law, but can someone explain to me how this isn't wire fraud on a massive scale? Aren't companies like CenturyLink intentionally lying about whether the site is down to ISPs just to deprive people of their ability to access it? I don't see how that's possibly legal; it's not even a censorship/liability issue legally.
Who is your mobile provider? I use AT&T for my mobile service, with Spectrum as my home internet provider. In my case, I think both networks are getting caught in the crossfire of whatever nonsense is going on with CenturyLink.
I can access the site just fine right now, though that may change throughout the day.
Weird. I could access the site around 7 hours ago with no problem, but yesterday afternoon I could only use my phone and now the site either times out or loads like ass. A Daily Dilation of Service attack on top of this? Or some bullshit with how my ISP resolves domain names? I get all sorts of errors when I try and load the site on the clearnet. I tried to post this just now, took about an hour for the site to start working again.
This is a stunning level of censorship to witness in real time. Fuck these people. But can't do a thing about it. It's like asking China to let Chinese people shit-talk the CCP online, and reminding Liz Fong Jones his real name is Elliot and he is a brick-faced eunuch of a man is akin to reminding the Chinese people that Xi Jinping looks like Winnie the Pooh.
Just a reminder that if you are being forced to use a VPN to connect to the Farms, that isn't okay, and that does mean you're running into issues and everything is not fine. While you should use a VPN or other methods (e.g.: Tor) to connect to the Farms it shouldn't be required.
If you're getting a 503 error you are receiving a network error, this is not an issue to report to your ISP, FTC, FCC, et cetera.
If you are getting failures to connect as if the site doesn't exist when you use your normal browser but it works on a VPN, you can run a check to see if you are being impacted by GTT, Arelion, Telia, Lumen, Qwest and Null has given easy instruction in the OP to this very post. If the issue is solely Lumen or GTT routing your traffic to the void when you attempt to connect to the Farms ask your ISP to peer directly with Terrahost (AS56655).
Complaint Update:
Personally I was not routed to the FTC like other Kiwi, my FCC complaint has updated with a request for further information regarding my attempts to contact my ISP. This may be due to my including the traceroute and my ticket number for the complaint I already filed with my ISP about attempting to resolve the issue. You can include and upload information on the FCC complaint forms, I highly recommend you do so and stay on top of responding politely and professionally. I will be adding commentary about Robert Matthews statement that the site has somehow violated the overly broad AUP. ETA:
I filed a pre-emptive complaint with the FTC. I used both the consumer fraud form linked multiple times in this thread but also e-mailed: antitrust@ftc.gov based on this article here: FTC Technology Enforcement Division. No response at all to the form they have up for fraud (which this isn't) but I did get a read receipt from my e-mail to the FTC. This may be a better route, I'll update if I receive a response.
My ISP was incredibly confused, they are now trying to peer directly with Terrahost and have offered me a month of free service for my troubles. I will still be switching to the only other provider in my area if they can confirm they are not reliant on the Lumen or one of the other impacted services. I would suggest that if you are no longer impacted, but were, you still file a complaint about the interruption to your ability to access the site as you pay for their service, not their censorship. Reminders that customers are engaged and watching your behavior is terrifying to companies and does show up in internal reporting based on ticket reasons and refunds / good-will payments to keep a customer.
General note: You are a customer, and being an active and unsatisfied customer gives you far more weight than just cancelling. This (customer turn over) is accounted for by companies who expect to lose a certain number of people on a regular basis and forecast this in their financials. Think of it this way, are you more inclined to help Joe who opens a ticket and follows up regularly about his service being impacted, or Ken who calls in ranting about Tranny's and censorship and immediately cancels service? Leave a paper trail for the analysts at these companies to follow that shows the reason for your leaving is specifically related to this issue before you go somewhere else.
ETA: Added screenshot of FCC forwarding complaint to my provider.

I'm in a foreign country for the holidays (europe) and I can access it from there.
I also have a VPN server running at home so I can VPN home to mess with stuff. I can also reach KF from there. That's east coast Comcast. I actually never had network downtime with Comcast. I don't think they did anything, I think that was just a KF technical issue.
Also my phone international Verizon plan is working, but I don't know how they do their routing. My phone IP, even in this country, seems to be a Verizon IP. That's still working.
Anyway, I will certainly raise hell if either provider fucks with the routing. Thankfully in my city at home, I do have alternatives and can threaten to leave.
Stopped reading there. Go back to Reddit you nigger faggot and put down the mountain dew before you hit 400lbs. No one is entitled to the labor of doctors/nurses. Stop being fat, retarded, and "edgy".
Can still access via clearnet here.with Coxsucker Cable.
Troons/Twatterfags just mad about the Twitter Files leak and the fact that the world knows there were 80+ FBI agents assigned to censoring jokes on the faggy bird app. That, and the fact everyone sees your pedo movement for what it is & will never want your inverted frankenfurter. You can kill a revolutionary but you can't kill a revolution, retards.
