Yeah this is a very big distinction to make, don't know how they'd fuck it up since the difference between "old age" and "aging" is really significant.
Considering he can still puree anything that gets within a hundred foot vicinity that's easier said than done. Then again without a mouth he can't drink blood to recuperate injuries so maybe it becomes an attrition battle.

Nah, Pochita deeply cares for Denji above all else and I think he knows what they are trying to use him for. So he specifically hunted down the mouth devil as a way to intentionally deprive them of his ability in order to allow Denji to live a more normal life.
That's what I said, and even if Denji wasn't a factor, he wants to be weaker so he doesn't kill everyone nearby without even trying.
If he can still somehow drink blood and heal himself? He's no less dangerous. Otherwise, he's either going to get murked by some exceptionally powerful devil(I agree, probably Yoru) or whittled away little by little until he finally goes down.

I've heard a couple people say that she can regenerate by drinking blood like her peers but it's Asa so she won't because it grosses her out.
