The funny thing is that this does demonstrate: troons contaminate everything.
What actually happened was the on-air midlife crisis of a sleepwalking streamer, suddenly becoming aware that his audience's expectations of him was much different from what he thought he was doing, and that they were imposing unspoken deadlines on him.
Charlie went what he thought was the easiest way, and rushed out a "no I hate other current thing too" video to pacify his audience. Alas! It was about a troon, and the social rules for troons, if you tolerate them, are complicated and ever-changing. Charlie made a "groomer bad" video and did not expect people to judge and berate him for what should have been a safe opinion, because he said the right opinion but didn't follow an etiquette that changes by the minute.
Now recovering from two psychic blows, he got into an argument with another dumbass who was at least better at "debate," and who pulled in "trans kids" as an effective false equivalence to confuse/unseat his opponent. This was a good strategy from Sneako, because it worked: "trans kids" gets everyone emotionally worked up, and Charlie doesn't know what he doesn't know, and already proved he's got the surface level, listen-and-repeat set of ally beliefs. Sneako releases a private recording public, and instead of "wow that guy flustered you easily with basic tactics; you are bad at debate," because the specific rhetorical trap was trangenderism everyone focused on that.
All we learned about Charlie and transgenderism is the state of the average person his age's understanding of "the trans issue." He's not involved, he doesn't know any troons, he didn't have time to "do his research" and up til now didn't have a reason to (and now probably won't); this is like saying a dipstick is directly responsible for the oil level in your car.
It would be good if more people knew the un-hidden truth of transgenderism and especially the state of trans health care, both as it applies to children and public funds. Proving known facts (to KF) in this thread over and over, serves no purpose.
The normie takeaway, and this man's main audience is normies, is that Charlie is an "ally" and he is a victim of transphobes trying to cancel him. A day or so before his "debate," the normie takeaway would have been that if you mention troons in anything other than glowing terms, and maybe even then, you get yelled at by troons on Twitter. But now it's the opposite again.
Nobody in this mess is smart enough to have planned that conversion on purpose, but it's a pretty lucky break for the TRAs.
