CHAZ/CHOP: Autonomous No Cop Zone and Commune Declared In Seattle - Render unto Warlord Raz what is owed to Warlord Raz

This reminds me of ISIS but much lamer. They take over an area intent to rule with their ideals that fail to live up on, conflicts erupt with outside factions and within the organization, and fails with people dying and fleeing to places that no one wants them.

If they aren't hybrids, yeah. But that is for hybrid vigor reasons.

The big seed companies don't give a shit about your tiny-ass garden. They don't make seed for it. They don't patent seed for it. They sure as hell don't want to waste time suing over it.

Again, gardening isn't farming. The practices are completely different. One is mostly a hobby for personal use reliant on manual labor, the other is a fully mechanized commercial operation. And there are orders of magnitude in size difference. 500 acres is a small farm. Most market gardens aren't more than 50 acres. But they are the guys who show up at the farmer's market so sell at a markup so all the urban drones think that shit is how we grow food.

I think the funniest part of this whole debacle is that, despite the whole point of this protest being to stop police brutality and government tyranny, in literally any other part of the world the military would've been sent in and everyone would've been shot.

I would love to see how an "autonomous zone" would fare in a place like China or some south American shithole.

Shanty towns are nearly autonomous zones, they have utilities and some private services but reality is that whatever happens inside is often out of the local govt jurisdiction, not because they've given up, however it tends to be another world entirely.

Also, anyone from CHAZ here? When is it going to be over? I think we are just a few days apart from looting. I'd like to see CHAZ-ops trying to loot or get into some private facility, much like a shadowrun scenario.

Where are people getting the "party's over, everyone went home" stuff from? I just see people popping up and saying it without providing any evidence.
