I did some rough math and I think Geno's currently at just over 30 hours. So he would surpass 48 hours somewhere in the late 60s episodes.

Considering the other claimants to that title is a thrilling 21 hour long Saudi Arabian documentary about snakes, and the non stop action in the 48 hour long documentary about the “102-year-old Metropolitan Emeritus of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church of Malabar.” I think 50 hours of CWC might actually be an improvement.
