I'm in the 30s now and he played Sonichu Babies in its fucking entirety. Is he being commissioned by the minute or something?
I think that the problem is less the documentary and more the fact that you already know everything about Chris. The point of the documentary is to give the objective story of Chris Chan for people who don’t want to read the cwcki.

Sonichu Babies appeals to no one, is not entertaining from an outside perspective, and can be summed up in 30 seconds without showing all of it.

[15 seconds of play pretend noises]
"Chris continues to act out the Sonichu Babies story with a high pitch falsetto for another 30 minutes."

You don't miss ANY insight on Chris's person from presenting information this way.

I definitely agree that a lot of the information could be summarized better. However I still feel like the objective style suits it better. It’s like you said a more digestible version of reading the cwcki

On the third, he just doesn't seem to know things that are fun. It's impossible to describe the childish glee you get when you bite into the CWCki the first time and see that the videos are categorized by the fucking shirt he's wearing because of course they are. He plays one video of the home tour, where you can clearly see the Sonic Totem in the background. I got fucking excited seeing the Sonic Totem. I know he sold that on eBay in the last few years for a couple hundred dollars. Does Geno mention that? No, of course not. All it takes is a circle and zoom, and "this small glimpse at a paper mache Sonic Totem would spark a cult fascination. In 2018, Chris sold it on eBay for over a thousand dollars." That's something that a viewer would be interested in knowing, especially considering how at that time people are telling him that he'll never make money and nobody would ever care about Sonichu. Did Geno Samuel even know when he recorded this that the Sonic Totem was a beloved artifact?
I don't remember which number, but Geno eventually does bring up Chris selling the totem pole.

I don't agree that it is though. It works early on when Chris's life was a linear story with clear narrative characters, but as time goes on and it fades into chris just being chris, the objective chronological style turns into a mess of inane and pointless shit that dosen't work towards any narrative. I've listened to pretty much every episode and everything from the lates 20s to now blurs together in my head as if I didn't even listen to it.

Is it even a documentary? It never gets shown as such, Its a comprehensive history,
At first I agreed with this however after actually looking at the video on YouTube, it clearly states Geno views this as a documentary.
My attempt at making a documentary showcasing the life of Christian Weston Chandler, as comprehensively and entertainingly as possible.
Considering this information, I agree with many complaints on here, especially about playing videos in their entirety when a short version would suffice. The newer episodes are much, much worse in this regard. On that, is there any hope this documentary series actually gets better over time? I understand Geno is limited by the content that Chris produces but it is getting hard to watch.

The reality is a lot of antics involving Chris just are not that entertaining. Listening to Casey calls in full is a chore and is the moment I can pinpoint where Chris just stopped being funny while being trolled.

Apart from the Father Call, which remains hilarious to this day. Although in fairness, Kasey's presence in that is minimal. It's Matthew who really makes it.
The secret rule with Kacey is to not listen to any of her calls (read the transcripts instead) and listen to the father call skipping over Kacey's interjections. The best line of the entire call is at the very end, immediately before Chris hangs up: "So... what are you going to do now?"
