I feel that now that the series has completed what many of us consider "Classic Chris" and has just hit the huge bump that is Bob's passing, I expect the episodes to really start picking up momentum in regards to how much time is covered in each episode. I don't recall a lot of notable things happening afterwards (besides the idea guys and the house fire), and there being many long periods of silence from Chris.
BUT, if this goes absolutely comprehensive and reads every single tweet, I can imagine these could get really dull and repetitive.
I've just got my fingers crossed that when Geno finally gets around to the role-playing, goddess BS, he calls a spade a spade - delusions of a desperate man trying to ignore reality.
If he tiptoes around this to stay "neutral," AKA to avoid offending Chris, I'm going to be a bit upset.
Chris actually seems to watch these, but because everything in them happened so long ago, there's a sense of distance that allows him to separate his autistic self from his autistic antics. That's not him. That's past him. That's like a completely different person!
But when we do catch up and Chris sees stuff that happened only a year or so ago, it'll be harder for him to reject the reality.
I'm not expecting Geno to be the one to get through to Chris, but I feel like this could be building up to a pretty funny reaction where he has to deal with someone who he actually pays attention to flat out telling him he's being an idiot and not sugar coating it.
Whether or not this results in lulz doesn't really matter. I think Geno is doing a good job at what he's set out to do so far. I enjoy every update and listen to them often. There's so many little things that keep coming up that I missed despite my many years of following Chris.
Keep up the good work, Geno. I look forward to the next one as always.
