A regular Chris show would be interesting in theory if it was neutral. You could take in callers, twitter questions, superchat questions (and split the money with him) or whatever if you aren't obnoxious and don't try to troll him. Just give him a platform to be himself and present him as he is.

Chris just doesn't have the work ethic to commit to a regular schedule. You'd also need to figure out how to keep getting him to say new and interesting things and not repeat himself.

And tricking people to be on the show isn't a good idea either and will just be awkward. It's not like they'll get mad at Chris, they'll just get uncomfortable and shut down, which is bad content. You just need Chris.
