What the hell is it with retards and trains?

They are interesting infrastructure. I like trains, and my sperg nature probably has a lot to do with it.

There are also autists who like aircraft, roller coasters, road networks, canals, etc. -- they're drawn to functional systems rather than stuff that requires spontaneous intuition. It's why road autists focus heavily on freeways rather than off-roading (in an undeveloped area they'll try to create optimal paths, effectively creating a road network where there was none).

Trains are just particularly cool because they operate on a fixed network, and thus the network optimization and operation is interesting.

That's also why gun autists make excellent snipers but terrible specops.

Someday his art will be in a museum

On a related note, I could easily see some schmuck buying up parts of the Branchland residence to make an exhibit out of it. Treat that shit with the same reverence given to Stalin's hut in Gori.

The weens could will it into existence, God save us all.

Good things about Chris thread: He's a better person than Stalin.

EDIT: I mean, not *much* better, given what happens to the toxic minority in the Merge. But at least he purges people to Amish villages instead of gulags.

Both have certainly left an impact on this planet, for better or for worse.

I don't think people will yearn for the days of Chris in the same way that ex-Soviet elders do for Stalin, however. Just a hunch.
