Sending him to prison? Retarded people have been freaking executed in the past. Just look up James Lee Clark. Granted he was convicted for rape and murder, but my point is, Chris' mental shortcomings don't mean he can't be prosecuted. Especially since he is (ostensibly) high functioning enough to be in regular classes in high school, to eventually graduate community college, to drive a car, and to basically live his life without any hand holding or guidance.

I don't mean to single you out, but a lot of people are saying that Chris pepper-sprayed an employee. There's no proof that this happened.

All we know for sure is that Chris sprayed something on the guy on the guy in the yellow shirt on the way out.

This may not sound exciting, but it's no joke -- Chris is a Felon until June 2015 when his probation ends, and even spraying water on someone is sufficient to screw that up.

No, you make a good point. If it was pepper spray, it's going to be a bigger deal, but even if it was something innocuous, it could still be a big deal.

I think that's one of the things that annoys me most about Chris' current tranny form. He tries so damn hard to be 'cute' and 'sassy' that it's sickening. I wanted to hold onto this info because I was concerned about it being mentioned, but I guess since we're already here, I may as well say that at least the staff @ the Ruckersville Gamestop knew all about what happened to Michael Snyder at the Game Place that October. Word gets around fast in the local gamer community with the mutual customer base.

The reason I mention this is because since they know how Snyder let Chris get off easy, they may be less inclined to do so and ask Corporate to press charges. And since this incident happened at one of their stores, they may be compelled to do so in order to avoid said employee from taking any possible legal action against them. This isn't some little game store Chris messed with this time. It's a corporation.
