Chris-Chan Sighting at Gamestop (With Video)

Gamestop's insurers may insist that charges be filed.

Eh, a single sign being vandalized probably wouldn't even warrant an insurance claim, large companies tend to eat expenses like that simply because the resources involved in filing the claim is of more value than just replacing the damn sign. They probably just mark it under shrinkage.

The most tragic thing here is, if, or WHEN he goes to court over this, he will ramble unintelligibly about trolls, cyber bullies, and sensory overload about Sonic having blue arms in court, to actual human beings, and will talk about being a lesbian soul and being denied his true and honest sweetheart from the ground up...every CWCism will come out in his defense. A court room reporter will have to type it. A jury will have to look at this sweating drag queen blaming everyone but himself. Oh, to be a fly on that wall.

You know, Chris is extremely lucky that his first hissy-fit with pepper spray was only directed at a retail employee, and not a dreaded Jerkop. Then there would be absolutely no saving him.
Though he's obviously committed dozens of crimes in this incident (and probably jaywalked on the way out too, that crimelord) I somehow kind of doubt he'll actually get charged for any of it. No one in the real world is that interested in nailing Chris to the wall.
But if he does wind up in court... do you think Barb can get a second mortgage on the husk of 14BC to hire Rob "Chicken" Bell again?

It won't go like that, we speculated something similar would happen back with the Snyder incident but the attorney more or less told Chris to shut it, which led to a Chris blackout until the whole ordeal was over.

Isn't @Cyan the Kiwi Forums designated court reporter? He already volunteered to go in this thread, so we should get a full write up on what happened with any luck

Am I the only one not surprised that Chris fucked up macing that guy? I mean, if he was really badly hurt with pepper spray in his eyes, he'd have been on the floor screaming. Instead, he just seems to be pissed that his shirt got covered. And that he was actually sprayed by mace.

Dude got super lucky it was Chris who maced him for no apparent reason. More than anything else, I'm really glad it sounds like he's okay.

Jesus christ, Chris really screwed the pooch this time. I seriously didn't think his blue arm spergy bullshit would ever lead up to him fucking macing someone.

Though when I remember that this is the dude who tried to run over a guy for not unbanning him from a store, it's much less surprising...

Pardon my ignorance, but how are planet wide bans enforced? Are all stores given the persons picture, because if not I can't see how that would be enforced if he went to a store that wasn't local.

Also, is that poor guy okay?

gamestop sends out newsletters fairly regularly when something happens. If there is a ban, we have the person by name only unless there is a photo and its printed and kept in the backroom.

If they only have name, the only way they know if the banned person is in the store is if they pay with a card and have to check their ID. Also, if they have a power up card, they might have implemented a new red flag system. The only time the red flag was used for a person was when they traded in too much stuff and you hit the money return limit. Once that red flag was entered, every single store has that data.

I think I said this last time (last time!) Chris was up on charges: it's his constitutional right to testify on his own behalf and no one can stop him if he insists, but if I was his lawyer? I would strangle him first.

I predict he defends himself this time. He's far crazier than even two years ago.
And his defence will be that the Gamestop employee walked into his can of mace, spraying it on his own shirt as a get rich quick scheme because he discriminates against high functioning soul lesbians and is part of the blue armed supporters trying to give Chrissy sensory overload.

....my god it hurt to type all that bollocks.

Sonic created him...

Now Sonic will destroy him.

Oddly poetic

OMG, you are so right. As part of his defense, he'll show the contest video in court! He'll talk about how when he was but a wee, poor lad, Sonic (with beige arms) was the shining light that showed him the true path: that he was entitled to win and take/do whatever he wanted, forever.
