Oh wow. Chris gift to Gamestop is making jerkops got sensory overload.
Chris is going to jail in 2015. Calling it.
Since its really now 2015, i bet there will be an autistic version of Back to the Future where young and healthy Bob must save his autistic son from jail for being a vandal.

Also, i had to do this:
17 pages and counting, 300+ replies. Is this what kiwis do on the holiday?!

I feel like I'm so used to Chris doing this shit, the actual crime of assault/unlawful....pepper spraying didn't jump out at me. It's how he presented himself.

It's like in his mind he thought that blowing a raspberry to the filmer and literally strutting out of the store would make him this campy, sassy tomgirl that makes people turn heads. Even the way he said "Don't. Call. Anybody!" is like something a generic 90's cartoon cheerleader would say. He's getting his gender cues from John Waters movies at this point. I know it might sound A-Loggy, but I'm genuinely angered at the fact that absolutely no one witnessed this behavior and let Chris know that it makes him look like a fool.

Am I the only one not surprised that Chris fucked up macing that guy? I mean, if he was really badly hurt with pepper spray in his eyes, he'd have been on the floor screaming. Instead, he just seems to be pissed that his shirt got covered. And that he was actually sprayed by mace.

Spraying mace at a guy's shirt just sounds like a chris thing. Lucky for the guy. I REALLY fucking hope he presses charges, I'll be EXTREMELY angry if Chris gets scapegoated out of trouble by the legal system again...

Hopefully the autism card doesn't work for him this time. He'll never learn if he keeps getting bailed out due to it. Still, I honestly don't know if Chris can learn any better at this stage. Wish he would.

Bob would probably be more inclined to go back to 1981 armed with a condom.

The best I think the autism card can do is get him some leniency, but that if he is lucky and the judge is a fan of "political correctness" .

I've returned from the future. Here is a True and Honest picture of Chris giving his defense on the stand. 8-17-14-pink-flamingos.png

I don't see the autism card as being super effective here, given a) that Chris is still on probation from the Snyder Affair and b) that Chris had to get into the car, be forearmed with the mace/pepper spray, drive a few miles, trespass, vandalize, tell employees not to "call anybody," and then mace a store employee. That's proactive, not reactive. Rob Bell could argue that Chris was just panicking in the Game Place parking lot, but this shit was clearly premeditated.

Anyone else who calls Gamestop, mentions calling them, or lies about calling them in this thread will be banned from the thread and given a warning for being a ween. We already have had someone call, anything else is just harassing people who are trying to do their jobs.

Agreed. My friend already did the weening so you won't have to. Let's not alienate these employees into possibly NOT pressing charges. We don't want to come off looking worse than Chris to these people now do we?

I don't think the mall security would have much of a chance since Chris never made contact with them in any way and they arrived after he had already left. The store employee on the other hand has every right though and evidence ranging from eye witnesses to security footage and the phone footage to successfully pursue a case.
They have the option of adding charges based on his past history with the property. He has been banned by them previously -- this is what 'this establishment reserves the right to refuse service to anyone' posted comment means -- also public places like the mall usually have a no weapons policy in place and if he pulled mace in a store on the property he is in de facto violation of that policy and can be charged after the fact. This is what I was referring to when I mentioned the trespassing charge. Also Gamestop as a private corporate entity can file charges on behalf of their employee if they choose to do so.

So I suppose now would be a bad time to mention my 10 hour long conversation with the gamestop employee where we became best friends and he invited me to his birthday party?
