So on the whole transcript thing, there's a good chance there isn't one.

Unless Virginia has a court reporter present for literally everything, things like initial appearances usually don't have a reporter.

In the jurisdictions I've been in you usually only have a reporter at certain hearings, and then the trial. Also typically they don't actually create a transcript. They just take down everything in their system, and then if someone wants the transcript (i.e. for an appeal) they can order it and the reporter will create one - this is typically quite expensive in the case of multi day jury trials.

I know Chris will be on his best behavior in front of a judge, minus a few longwinded answers if given the chance, but I really want him to go all out on the courtroom.

If this whole thing goes forward I bet the prosecutors won't need to offer any context to any evidence and materials presented, as Chris will most likely interrupt and correct them in his own autistic way.

You can own that shit and have it right in your cell you can order it from commissary and off catalogs. Obviously inmates get modified made for prison things but you can still write and draw. One of the most popular activities inmates do besides reading is coloring books to pass the time.

I'd still swear nuthouse at this point. If it's prison, he's dead by niggos in a matter of days.

I'm honestly not sure on that one - in the past his potential felony charges (e.x. hitting the GamePlace owner with his car; macing the GameStop manager) were downgraded to misdemeanor charges partly because he was mentally disabled.

However this is a pretty severe escalation, so I'm not confident that the court will be as sympathetic as they were in the past.

These aren’t particularly onerous or cost intensive investigative tasks. (Well beyond the mental health costs of forcing the investigator with the least seniority to read Chris’s message history). So they are pretty much guaranteed to be done.

It's a large part of the whole "TERF" divide in leftist lesbian theory. The poor dykes who worked so hard to work for their emancipation from men have faced a deluge of delusional men masquerading as women. But unfortunately those men are using the rules they helped define. The term comeuppance comes to mind, though I doubt any of those dykes are cumming to the deluge of bearded men they're forced to date.

It's an issue that's largely divorced from Chris as a whole.
